Will there ever be a return to normal, stable operations? The constant upheaval of layoffs and reorgs is completely draining. I just want to do my job without weekly existential crises.

Not sure why I have this feeling. But what a relief.

At this rate, I will not be surprised if Cigna starts taking away some perks like 401k match. Cigna might start reducing match %, freeze 401k program for sometime or even completely remove 401k benefit to force people to quit.

I just hope they don't try to slap the AI label on every barely believable justification. That excuse has become tired already.
