@qy confirmed my team has had a lot of movement q4 up until last month and now we are at that 70/30 split. used to be split the other way around

@mn I believe they are referring to several targets for HIH. There have been townhalls where leaders have openly stated that for some areas 70% of the positions will eventually be in HIH, complete with graphs. So - this person isn't saying anything out of pocket.

Yes and according to another thread on here trainers we let go this last Thursday. The layoffs will be going on for quite sometime.

I would expect more to come. The goal is to transition operations offshore and have a subset of leadership roles in the states. Either ride the train until you may be offered a severance package or start looking for a new company to work for.
