Does anyone else endure bad behavior by H-1Bs in the office? My office is chock full of them and they routinely speak at volumes that are more suitable for an NFL game. They also stare at me way too long and it makes me uncomfortable.

The hours keep getting worse and the work keeps getting harder. The pay, though, pretty much stays the same. Who in their right mind wouldn't be tired of this cr-p?

I was laid off 3 months after starting here. Looking back, I missed the signs. Exploding offer, nervous recruiter, vague job description, no salary range. Learn from my mistake.

2 questions related to resignation: When someone gives 2 weeks' notice, does ELV typically have them work the 2 weeks or do they let people go immediately? If ELV ends employment before the 2 weeks is up, do they pay through the notice period?
