Where did you hear about Project Panda?
This is the first I’m hearing of it.
Well Cigna has done every other d-mb thing you could imagine. Don’t be surprised if China isn’t going to handle your data or something stupid like that. This company has the worst group of leaders ever. That’s what happens when you hire and promote your friends.
Decoding their not-so-clever code names, I would assume that a body of work is expanding to (or being extracted and purchased by another entity in China. What department are you in?
