Good Trouble

If no one complains, something is wrong and if everyone complains something is also wrong. People often mistake conflict avoidance as everything going well without a hitch. When someone speaks up, it is because they care. If you are in a relationship and your partner never complains, it does not necessarily mean that all is well.

Massive Ford recalls are exposing a disaster dealers can’t hide

Ford is facing a growing nightmare as massive recalls, expensive repairs, and reliability complaints continue spreading across America. Thousands of owners are discovering that some vehicles they trusted are now turning into financial disasters filled with breakdowns, warning lights, and terrifying repair costs. Dealers are quietly struggling to calm angry customers while mechanics warn that certain models may only get worse as they age. Older drivers especially are starting to question whether Ford still builds vehicles tough enough to last long term. And according to insiders, the recall chaos surrounding some of these vehicles could become even more damaging before 2026 is over.

File complaints with USCIS against H1B

It’s a fraud, Wellsfargo firing American at the same time hiring H1B. This is not legit.

File complaints: https://www.uscis.gov/report-fraud/uscis-tip-form

“The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant, employer-sponsored visa for foreign professionals in "specialty occupations" requiring at least a bachelor’s degree to address labor shortage”

Lesson learned

I used to think HR was there to help employees and actually went to them with a complaint. Big mistake. Their only goal is to protect the company from us. They don't care about what happened, just how they can sweep it under the rug. Don't make the same mistake I did of trusting them.

See something, say something. But none of you do.

That makes you part of the problem. File a complaint with the EEOC or the DHS. Oz says he’s all over Medicare and Medicaid fraud. If you suspect that’s going on here, file the complaint. Let it get investigated. But more than that, take it to the court of public opinion. Social media is the ultimate equalizer now. Everybody complains. No one acts. If you suspect conflicts of interest, notify outlets like ProPublica. Even John Oliver torched Centene and Michael back in the day. Sadly, what I think you are going to ultimately find out is that the truth is what Ricky Gervais said during his monologue at the awards a few years back. “I don’t care anymore. I’m just joking. I never did”. Replace the “I” with every company, every government agency, etc. They don’t care anymore. And they never did.

Cigna not giving rest breaks

Has anyone else had a problem with Cigna not scheduling your legally entitled rest breaks? I have had many conversations with my manager about this, and they continue to not give me rest breaks. I have filed a complaint with my state's BOLI 6 months ago, and they have not investigated yet. Am I the only one?

India

Will any one from top leadership look at the earlier comments about managers and directors. If things are not taken care it will damage more internally, things are not improving. We don't have a HR where we can complaint and help ourselves.

There are lot things which are being spoiled in the background. Some one has to come either from India leadership or US and resolve the cause

Bait and Switch

Talk about bait and switch. Left the company and left before my billing cycle was up. They are trying to back charge me for the previous bill and saying because I left during the bill cycle I lost my promos what an unfair business practice to bill promos in arrears when they bill in advance!!!!

Apple Closes Union Store, Faces Labor Complaint

Apple plans to close its Towson, Maryland retail store on June 24, 2026. This location was the first Apple store in the U.S. to unionize. The International Association of Machinists (IAM) filed an unfair labor practice charge. The union alleges Apple denied transfer rights to unionized workers. Apple denies the accusations, citing its collective bargaining agreement.

Glassdoor number would be even lower if they didn't delete reviews

I posted an honest review of this place six months ago. Detailed, factual, not emotional, no swearing, no insults, nothing. It lasted I think four days, if not less. I don't know how they do it, but Xerox management is definitely requesting some reviews be taken down.

Ratting out bad apples

I've been at this company for ages, and I've worked with all kinds of different teams. Even besides the top C-suite folks, there are some total deadweight employees that really should get fired or transferred to another department — especially the ones that are in charge of all our core stuff. I already sent a long email to a handful of C-level execs and the new CEO calling out these bad apples. These je-ks are holding us back from building really good products.

Charging back our BYOD+ sales

So the are adding new rules to the OST and sales and retroactively removing them from our commissions to take money away from us after Senior Managers, DM's and directors pushed us to sell them and even had calls you had to be on if you didn't sell enough. What a freaking clown show. Big red and local leadership can su-k a huge one. Make sure you bring this up if they ever want to PIP you. Thanks for all the people who are vocal on WorkVivo, you are the real hero. What a freaking joke.

MST home dispatch tech use and abuse company assets

MST home dispatch tech use and abuse company assets. Driving 100K-200K bucket trucks to their home and back to their home garage everyday. Big V8 6.3 L engines use a lot of gas and insurance on top. Also, with MST high pay and only have .5 job per tech a day per tech how is that saving company money and liability.
There are rules to follow when joining home dispatch program. Following the rules helps save gas and time and wear and tear on a vehicle used to drive to work and to home. But MSTs abuse this program from driving to the garage every day and dispatching at the garage. Making a stop at the grocery store to grocery shop in the company vehicle before driving home. Not closing your last job at the job site and instead, drive home and being still dispatched on your work ticket and then closing the job when you arrive home. I follow the rules, and I do not want the home dispatch program to go away because of MSTs taking advantage of the abuse. Also, MST managers are favoring many MSTs and letting the home dispatch MSTs do what ever they want. STOP ABUSING THE HOME DISPATCH PROGRAM YOU MSTs. You know who you are...

When is someone going to file a complaint about open floor plan?

Having not one second of privacy is bad for women:
While wearing a skirt or dress you have to constantly be aware of how you are sitting.
No privacy when standing up and adjusting your clothes. Pull and adjust in front of everyone.
With open floor plan someone can stare at you all day and there’s nothing you can do, if you even notice. T has nasty twerps working there just like any other place.
I’ve seen men standing just outside of my view then averting their eyes and walking away when I turned my head.
The stress of always being on display is getting to be too much.
To scratch anywhere everyone has to walk to a conference room or the restroom.
We need at least the mini cubicles for a bit of respect for our humanity.

Cigna Wrecked Express Scripts

Cigna wrecked Express Scripts. Used to be nice and simple when my health care coverage and my prescription coverage were separate. Now it's just one big cluster F. Service is terrible and all this waiting by the mail box for forced mail order prescriptions. I travel a lot and now I'm at the mercy for waiting for it to arrive in the mail, when ever that is. I hate having to schedule my departures because I'm waiting for the mailman. I can't skip medication or go for days without it. Something has to change! I miss the good old days when I could run to my local pharmacy and pick up my prescript at MY convenience. Now I have to WAIT and WAIT and hope the mailman arrives on time or whenever that is to get my meds. You can't reorder too early because the app will tell you it's too early to reorder!! There's been many times my supply runs out while I'm gone and the "maybe" arrival time is just after I'm gone. No meds for a week or two. They sit in the mailbox for anyone to take. In the heat or the cold. SOMETHING has to change!!!

Beware exxon alight they are not here to help you. Lump sum horror story.

I was asked to leave last year piped out before retirement eligibility. So I got my retirement payout information from alight. You are eligible to get retirement after 50 years of age. I was told I had to wait 90 days to get my lump sum payout. I was given the deadline of Feb 26th to submit my notarized paperwork. I sent it off on Feb 3rd and waited for a check. The check was supposed to come in March. I waited for two weeks into march and nothing. I called alight and they said it was late by one day and expired. They said they would send another packet to me. When I got the packet the lump sum was not available. I called alight again and they said I canceled the retirement in December of 2025 on the website. Alight said they sent an email to my exxonmobil.com email. I told them I never received the email because I did not have access to my work email. I am now fighting them to get my lump sum payout because I want to be done with this horrible company. I did not cancel my retirement and don't know if they are just sc--wing me around so they can save money by paying me over 20 years. If they don't allow my lump sum I will sue them as the amount is several hundred thousand dollars.

How to Get the Justice You Deserve

If you are a U.S. citizen or green card holder and feel you’ve been unjustly treated—whether through biased performance evaluations, wrongful termination, or being passed over for promotions—especially when H-1B workers are in your team, know that there are legal channels ready to support and protect you. Your rights deserve to be defended, and you don't have to stand alone. You have a voice, and there are avenues to fight for the fair treatment and justice you are entitled to:

  1. U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)

The EEOC stands as a safeguard against workplace discrimination. If you’ve been unfairly dismissed or treated differently because of the presence of H-1B workers in your team, you have every right to file a charge with them. No worker should be sidelined or mistreated.

  1. U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)

The DOL ensures that U.S. workers are protected against any unfair treatment. Employers are legally obligated to prioritize American workers for hiring and retention. If you’ve been bypassed for an H-1B worker or unfairly dismissed, the DOL will investigate violations and hold employers accountable.

  1. State Fair Employment Practices Agencies (FEPAs)

Many states have their own agencies to fight workplace discrimination and unfair dismissal. These agencies are there to ensure that U.S. workers’ rights are respected. Check your state’s official website to find out how you can take action.

  1. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)

The NLRB steps in when unfair treatment involves collective bargaining or labor issues. If you believe that U.S. workers are being dismissed in favor of H-1B employees, the NLRB can investigate and take action to ensure fair labor practices.

  1. Contact Your Elected Officials

You have the power to demand accountability from your elected representatives. Write to your Congressman or Senator to raise your concerns. They can fight for your rights, bring attention to the unfair treatment of American workers, and push for legislative changes to prevent such abuses.

  1. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

It is illegal for employers to displace U.S. workers in favor of H-1B workers or to keep H-1B workers on staff while laying off U.S. employees. If you have evidence of this, you can report these violations to USCIS for thorough investigation and enforcement.

  1. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

The presence of H-1B workers from countries that are adversarial to U.S. national security can expose companies and industries to significant risks—from intellectual property theft to potential espionage. If you suspect that there’s foreign influence or other national security threats in your workplace, it’s important to report this to ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

  1. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

If you suspect that H-1B workers or employers are engaging in illegal practices, such as manipulating hiring processes, violating labor laws, or committing immigration fraud, you must report it to the FBI. These coordinated efforts can harm the integrity of our workforce, and the FBI is equipped to investigate and bring justice to any parties involved in criminal activity.

American workers deserve fairness, respect, and opportunity. If you feel you’ve been unfairly treated because of the presence of H-1B workers, you have the right to stand up for yourself and fight for your rightful place in the workforce. Don’t stay silent—take action today, and help restore the integrity of our job market.

Ugly inventory

How do we keep carrying ugly inventory? Stuff that nobody wants and is straight dollar store quality. Who is sourcing all these cr-p items? Search Nike shoes and it’s 80% ugly tjmaxx stuff. Can we fire the team who keeps buying ugly sh-t nobody wants? How are we relevant if we keep selling stuff nobody wants???

That’s the Spirit

Lowe’s delivers appliance in Region 6 with a third party disaster known as Spirit. Nothing but a bunch of illegals that are apathetic, lazy pos, that play the language barrier card when they damage your appliances, floors, walls, doorways etc. They show up late, unprepared and untrained. Corporate Lowes doesn’t give a rats a-s about complaints, as long as they save paying in house drivers a decent wage and benefits. Everyone needs to purchase elsewhere. Fck Lowes!

Off shore reps

UHC is really getting what they pay for these offshore reps. Called in 6 times to get the same rep repeatedly who thought it was cute to transfer me to random departments and even bcbs rather than assist me. Even giggled on the phone about it.
Since I’m a former employee and I know UHC higher ups read these posts. I hope your company sinks and every single one of your state side employees(that you have left) find a better and healthier company to work for.

The Tennessee bill.

How many competitors has CVS put out of business? Independent pharmacies, small chains, regional chains, and so forth. CVS has put so many out of business. Yet when it happens to them, they cry foul, or they cry government overreach. Yet CVS doesn't realize that you reap what you sow. CVS owns the largest PBM, they own the largest pharmacy chain, they own one of the biggest insurance companies, not to mention all the other various companies they own. They've become like a monopoly because they own so much market share.

All that said, it's very hypocritical of CVS to cry foul, when the very same thing they do to others is done to them. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Corporate you reap what you sow.

Knox County Faces Union Complaint Regarding Jail Layoffs

The National Correctional Employees Union filed a complaint against Knox County. The union alleges the county failed to negotiate over jail layoffs. The county reduced the jail workforce from 22 to eight full-time workers. It also outsourced inmate housing and replaced kitchen staff with a private company. The union seeks an order for the county to bargain in good faith and stop anti-union acts.

Consumer Affairs and BBB

Both sites are filled with complaints about denied claims, inabilty to understand customer service agents, and poor service from Centerwell pharmacy and inability to get resolutions of complaints. Not that C-suite cares but they should care about retention of members. Or has Rechtin forgot that without members Humana doesn’t exist? I would like to see our retention rates before he came on board compared to now. Rechtin needs to go. The rodent needs to go.

Marketing emails

Is anyone else receiving marketing emails (who is not a customer) and unable to locate an unsubscribe link on the email? I have been searching and cannot locate it anywhere. I closed my accounts quite some time ago and still getting spammed. The fact that I don’t have an option to unsubscribe is bugging me. Does anyone know how to stop the spam?

Springfield Union Files Labor Complaint Against School District

The Springfield Education Association filed an unfair labor practice complaint. It accuses Springfield Public Schools of using mid-year layoffs to disrupt negotiations. The district laid off 27 teachers and reduced two to part-time in January. The union seeks reinstatement for affected employees and financial penalties. Springfield Public Schools stated it cannot comment on ongoing legal matters.
