Financial year is over. UK not won any major piece of business. ITO still seems to be struggling, but it looks like Workplace is finally generating some revenue, question is, is it enough to signal an improvement.

Just had news that DXC contract for my role will not be renewed so will be TUPE-ed to someone else (no idea who yet). But not until at least March next year - boo.

If you have any sense, try and get WFR as soon as you can. Never use a billable WFR, gossip like crazy, slag off your european bosses and cause problems for your immediate peers. Its the only the way out

Is your appraisal done? Any news on when they would come back with a final rating? Also what is the latest about pay reviews post appraisal? They said it was a BAU thing last year and they would review annually. But when?
