its amazing what happens when you bring in an entire marketing team from IBM, have thim replace dozens of longtime employees and then wonder why it costs 10x more? Maybe Rahul should've thought this one out more carefuly.
Agree. No idea what her new fake role is even. I had a good laugh when I saw the release. Trying to not have to pay her off but move her out of the way. The new guy had the same role she just got. Meanwhile none of us are getting paid or have any job mobility

She has been moved aside and given an newly invented fake role, and other mates got her role.
Its more jobs for mates, so the company can be milked dry at the top.
