In my opinion we are DOA…. Catastrophic results month after month… the new leaders took a company with a chance and a heartbeat only to ki-l it and pretend it’s alive and kicking. Anyone who was worth keeping have long since gone and more going. But hey… the ceo and his new team have found ways to pay themselves well so good for them.

In my opinion we have the most incompetent CEO in the history of services firms. Dude has no clue what he is doing and stock will be single digit soon. Also nice to see a CHRO that knows how bad some of these people are and does nothing. They just want to pay themselves as much as possible and could care less about anything else. Very sad
For the likes of M1, M2 and RF to ‘thrive’ at DXC it needs a very weak board of directors to go along with their unrealistic vanity projects, pretty difficult to do if the CEO is also the Chairman of said board.
But what strikes me is that at a much lower level there are some very good managers and leaders who are trying really hard to get new business and adapt to the changing technology and markets but are hamstrung by L3’s and L2’s.
Very sad really.
