Leadership transition?

How long untill the new CES guy becomes CEO. Another Accenture guy will be a big success just like Sal. Anyone else hearing anything?

The company is stuck in a cycle of “doing more of the same” and hoping it fixes things. In practice, we’re playing whack-a-mole and losing — we’re too slow to react.

The classic IT problem remains: clients want solutions but don’t want to invest in defining their requirements. We ask what they need, but often by the time we’ve engaged, they’ve gone elsewhere to buy a product that doesn’t really fit — then spend heavily customising it. But that money didn't come to DXC.

We need a clearer direction and a more effective engagement model: instead of waiting for clients to define requirements they can’t provide, we should be leading with vision, prototypes, and packaged solutions that guide them toward what they need. We've got years of experience - but currently struggling to use it. Not least, as there's little incentive to make this company work, and companies don't make useful staff redundant!

Rahul has gone awol, his probably handing over doing a KT before he gets the CR.

The only person issuing any comms is Drumgoole, and his way out of his depth, his worked for Sal and Nandez but delivered nothing.

Seriously need someone who knows what they are doing, D Keasey sales guy is the man for the job. Always focussed on growth and people, sticks out as totally different in DXC management calibre, almost as if he doesnt belong in DXC.

Date for CEO.
