Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Where was DXC's Strategy!

If only the revolving door of CEO's and senior executives of Dixie had little forethought and understanding of where the industry was going!

Look at the Oracle results and Ellison's strategy - they built DC's anticipating the AI demand. Here we sold all the DC's and ripped them off from our asset list.

They never had strategy other than paying themselves off, by selling what was left!

there never was a plan, its late stage capitalism where the company is r@ped and plundered for short term gains while long term it dies a slow death

Oracle is actually competent with cloud. DXC data center business doesn't have a clear value add.

No this is fake news. DXC.Technology is leading in AI and associated AI services for our longstanding enterprise customers. We do not do a dog and pony show, because we are humble and put our heads down to steer the company to greater heights.

Look at our time management system(s) and our AI infused Platform - X😎

It is a matter of time we will beat and exceed Oracle.

Funnily enough, I thought exactly that when I saw that Ellisons wealth had increased by $101bn due to massive demand for Oracles AI, cloud, and DC services. I couldn’t work out why DXCs sales and value haven’t risen given that we’re supposed to be concentrating our efforts in these areas.
We seem to be getting lots of noise about relatively modest sales wins but nothing of major significance in the AI or services markets.
No doubt we’ll pick up some small deals and CTart will be trumpeting them all over the next town hall but we certainly don’t seem to anywhere near a significant player yet or anytime soon.
