Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

So Many Layers of Management they are falling over each other

Drummer has added so many layers, some people are 10 layers from the top in Teams unbelievable. Drummer should go, D Keasey top, Regional Lead, Country, Account, Team Lead, and Employee. There should be no more than 6 levels. This is where the money is being blown. This needs fixing ASAP.

The more layers the better, less actual work gets done, you can sit on meetings to plan other meetings.

Then it all stops when it reaches the debt ceiling, the layers get dismantled. Well done drummer keep growing them layers.

As a Manager even when i have a opportunity to grow the business i am stopped by Drumgoole emails which stop all spend including client travel.

Just a waste of time this company left doesnt know what right is doing, one Manager says do one thing and the other wants to stop you.

All they are bothered about is dont spend any money, doesnt matter if we lose customers or business, it keeps the Drum in highly paid job.

Needs a restructure, 6 layers is more than enough. If i was Fernandez i would be calling a meeting quick,and heads would roll. Margins would increase significantly and process would be streamlined, the clients would like it as people would be delivering closer to the customer instead of form filling to keep managers in a job. Really ideal candidate fir Ai and trim, alot of Managers are just blockers.
