I heard that this is being cut in terms of the discounted rate. Is going to be 5% with some other shenanigans… also heard that PTO can’t be carried over going into 2026… anyone heard the same?


OI new CEO is private equity guy?

Checked him out. Left UHG long long ago to go PE and consulting. Will OI be nonexistent by the time he finishes layoffs? That is my fear. A lot of finance and health projects got moved to OI and I feel it’s like being picked for the glue factory.

How strict is RTO being implemented?

Will we be fired for not going in enough? I know they are tracking badge scans. 31s and above are mandatory back to office including telecommuters. I am sure it is only a matter of time where everyone else goes back at this point.


Remote being converted

I heard recently that a remote person who is less than 30 miles away from the office is being converted back into hybrid and forced to go in. This employee is out at the moment so I can't ask them. Anybody else hear anything to this effect
