What’s the chances we actually get a bonus this year? I’m thinking it’s pretty slim, but also hoping for at least the minimum of 25%. Wishful thinking?

Stock bonuses of $5m are being offered to executives in addition to their elevated pay if the bank beats multi-year targets for revenue growth.

I got an additional bonus today for RTO. My boss said I had the best 'how and where report' score in the group and were rewarding me as such. $$$$

If award statements are supposed to be available Friday, when will we know AIP enterprise multiplier!?

Remember the Pay for Performance statement? Them were the days! You could see well in advance your AIP and the date it was being deposited. At this point so far into February, I am not even sure we are getting AIP this year. And no, trolls, I am not betting the farm on AIP or planning on a single cent. I just realized we had not received it yet and in the good old days we always had it first week of February. RIP Pay for Performance statement, I made fun of you at the time, but now I realize you were actually good transparency. Don't even get me started on the olden era of quarterly profit sharing. I am still going down with this ship, but have to marvel nearly daily how Good to Great has gone from Great to Ghastly.

I’m expecting 105 PBUS and 95 FLUS. With all the changes, that’s one thing we should be able to count on.

Nice for them to make us wait until the middle of March for LTI and AIP!

If a 3 rating is 20% bonus for band 6, what do 4 and 5 ratings get?

I think I read here that being a vice president means that to keep your bonus (so they dont clawback) you need to work 30 days after the February 13 distribution date? Can anyone confirm this?

New to Optum this year. No idea what to expect for a bonus. Target is 15%. Any leaders willing to share their thoughts on what I should expect so I’m not disappointed?

Currently debating on ducking out before AIP payouts for another opportunity but wanted to see what the this year's multiplier is looking like before making that decision. Was told the past few years were set at 60% for people who "meet expectations" and 75% for high achievers- given our stock price split in half wasn't expecting miracles but still want go be informed.

I was told that you get severance if you at least had “meets” on your review(s) and you were laid off. I was also told you do not get severance if you had a bad review and/or were fired with cause. Is this true?
