What if I am on maternity leave (1 month remaining) and I get Rif’d in NJ.
Does my off boarding/warm period (90 days untill off payroll) begins right away or after FMLA/maternal leave is completed?

My RSU will be vesting in first week of Dec but I got laid off as of today 14th. Along with notice period and garden leave, the last day is on Dec 12th. Will i be eligible to receive RSU's or they will forefiet it.
in the offbording package, they havent' mentioned anything specific on RSU's other than saying, the benfits will continue until the last day.
Lots of Verizon branded swag will soon be donated to a Goodwill donation center near you. I wonder how many former employees will take the time to remove the Verizon brand as instructed?
Will employees be expected to turn in concession phones and laptops/computers/monitors, etc? They can't seriously expect 15k+ employees to return equipment. Is there a way to negotiate keeping them? What happens in the event you don't send it back?
Has anyone been IRIFed and attempted to get basic questions answered using the only available method (alumni@xerox.com)? It’s insane - a ticket is created, no reference to the original question maintained, non-responsiveness other than auto-replies, more. Or is it just me?
Confirmed, have a meeting on the calendar. Off cycle due to holiday next week!
Did anyone return their laptop and phone? I was told that someone would reach out to me about sending my stuff back to IT, but that never happened.
Severance check cleared, so I guess I will just give the phone to my kid and trash the bricked laptop.
Hi! I found my old laptop from this company laying around in the basement. What should I do with it? I'm sure they've written it off as a loss at this point, but not sure what else I can do with it either. It's company locked but working just fine.
So our site is getting closed next week. How does the displacement go down? Do they send you an invite the day prior to come onsite the next day and drop off your laptop and badge? Since there’s hundreds of us in the site curious how this will go down or is it just a virtual phone call and then we ship our laptops back? We’ve heard leadership will be onsite so just not sure what the protocol is.
Got the severance payment. What if I don't return the laptop & keep it? Can they come after me? Lets just say its not a brick/locked out.
I wanted to see if it is me or if HCSC is really that disorganized in getting these two items taken care of for those of us that have been recently RIF'd. I am a REMOTE worker who was RIF'd back on 9/24/2025. I was curious if there are others experiencing the same as me. The contacts we were told to work with keep telling me it is coming.... We are almost at the one month mark and I have yet to get either below via mail, UPS, or even FedEx.
Just curious if others are experiencing the same or if I should begin trying to get the information in other ways.
Does anyone else find it odd and totally insensitive that the group of people handling offboarding of VSP'd and ISP'd associates is named the "Execution Team"? Is this just an insensitive error naming the team or is it some type of twisted psychological play by one Penelope Pennington? Either way, very strange and off-putting.
Anyone else feel like they're getting the run around? Emails are not helpful and calling gets you no where. Has anyone gotten information on how to return equipment?
US, separation date 9/22/25.
My severance pay got credited to my bank account yesterday. I haven't returned the laptop yet 😳 Anyone else get their pay?
Credited amount is ~25% less than severance amount mentioned in the separation agreement. I don't know the deductions, but I know payroll deductions & taxes would be deducted from it.
Last paper payslip I received is for the period ending on 9/5/25.
It was bad enough we didn't get to say goodbye to those they threw out of the firm as the firm asked us all to stay home to receive calls. We found out if you were laid off you were immediately banned from the building like you were a criminal. Nobody got to say goodbye. Then those of us left got to watch the firm come through with a huge trash can and clean out the file cabinets and lockers of those laid off. Why, why would you do this during the work day? The firm couldn't do this task after hours or the weekend? This firm has lost its humanity. Guess the lesson is everyday hug your friends at work. Tell them how much you appreciate them and do not keep anything at work. Prepare like every day is your last day.
...it would be if some competitor comes to sn---h folks away from Imperial before they've had a chance to transition the work.
Rofling at the thought as I paid Evri to do the job lmao
Anyone actually work their 2 weeks?
What did everyone do with their 401K after they were laid off from Nike? I'd like to know if its better to keep it all there or to roll it over into a traditional IRA where I cane make more investment choices. I'm having a hard time figuring out what the administrative fees are and if Nike 401K has institutional share classes that would be cheaper than a traditional IRA. Thank you.
