Got a text from my former manager saying that my laptop has not been returned. My last day was 12/19/2025. I also received an empty box with a paid UPS shipping label that day. I then put my laptop in there and dropped off the package at UPS right before Christmas. I still keep the receipt with a tracking number on it. Just checked it on UPS website and it says the package has been delivered before the new year. Very strange. I almost thought that text was a scam.

i heard belk is now stopping no-receipt returns and exchanges? is this true? it was a big problem at some South Carolina stores.
