AI GENERATED MEETING NOTES : ALL HANDS
*. DAN LIKES TO SIP COFFEE LOUDLY INTO HIS MIC
*. DON'T BE LATE TO DAN'S MEETING BY EVEN 1 MINUTE. BUT EXPECT HIM TO HAVE AWKWARD LONG PAUSES DURING HIS MEETING CAUSING HIM TO GO OVER BY THREE MINUTES.
*. AI AND ROBOTS WILL TAKE OUR JOBS.
*. DAN WANTS TO REVOLUTIONIZE VZ WITH AI. BUT HE DOESN'T DON SLACK AND HE PREFERS LETTERS.
*. EVERYTHING ABOUT HAN'S VERIZON WAS HORRIBLE INCLUDING PERFORMANCE, CULTURE, EMPLOYEES. THE BOARD MEMBERS WERE EXCELLENT HOWEVER.

Stop the BS
L3s and the rest of the C level just need to stop with the BS. Just say you are coming in the office, that's it, if you want to get a paycheck get your A$$ in the office. This fake caring how we feel or how we work is more annoying than anything. We already know Hadji is in the office for like 3 hours then he heads home. Who really wants to work with there team in neighbor hoods ugh.
ha can we point out the ghetto neighbor hoods?
Just say it, I'm tired of all the playacting BS C level is doing, grow a pair of ba--s and get your @$$ in the office as well.
Hello corporate "leaders" watching your employees struggle
We know you are in here watching these threads, much like you sit and watch your minimally staffed teams struggle and break under workloads. If you have a shred of humanity in you, we are PEOPLE, not machines. While labor laws are pretty sh-t in this country, they do exist. Also, your job will not last forever either and we hope the people you burn while you sit and watch people struggle helps to keep you warm when you attempt to get your next job.
Stankey Claus is destroying your town
You better watch out,
You better not cry,
You better not pout,
I'm telling you why...
Stankey Claus is coming to destroy your town!
He's making a list,
And cutting it twice,
Gonna find out,
Who's naughty or nice.
Stankey Claus is coming to destroy your town!
He sees you when you're in less than 8 hours,
He knows when you’re giving bad Employee surveys.
He knows if you've been bad or good,
So be good for goodness sake- cause he just wants to control you.
Cause Stankey Claus, the worst CEO in America, is coming… TO TOWN….. to sc--w up your location with ridiculous demands.
Have a merry Xmas everyone! Except the Grinch that is.
Down she goes
Brian Roberts refuses to humble himself. He is turning Comcast into Blockbuster 2.0. He won’t go down with the ship though. He doesn’t have the moral or ethical framework.
That is why he might just go down as the most hated businessman in the country.
Oregonian or other newspaper
I would love to see an article on experiences external leaders had in the berm prior to their departure - what promises were made, how they were treated by leadership and their peers, experiences they had and careers after leaving the Swoosh. It will be a very telling reflection of the reality of Nike.
Linkedin Profile Walmart Leaders
It looks like all the famous IT leaders in the world are working for Walmart?
Or maybe anyone who joins Walmart becomes a leader without ever writing a single line of code in their entire life.
Everyone's LinkedIn profile header says this leader, that leader, but when I see them in the office, all they do is engage in cheap and dirty politics to keep their positions, contributing nothing to Walmart's growth.
The irony is that Walmart has been satisfying customers since Sam Walton's time.
Everyone acts and pretends on LinkedIn as if they are the reason Walmart is thriving, lol.
Why didn't Dan address the elephant in the room?
The offshore (lack of) customer service is a large factor why customers don't trust Verizon!
You can't talk about Verizon being risk adverse, hung up on processes, and not being the best with the network anymore etc etc without talking about the absolute poor customer service we give !
And I don't blame the vendor reps, it's not their fault they're not trained.
When is Verizon's leadership going to take responsibility for offshoring customer service??
The Emperor’s New Clothes
Sure Dan thinks he’s telling us all these revelatory truths but we all knew what he was saying was true years ago. There’s a significant proportion of the company whose goals are aligned to saying “No” or “It’s not me”. Trying to get anything done, or anything fixed is a complete pain in the a**
Silo management just blocks progress and every VP and SD are responsible for that
HR boss is …
Top HR seat just emptied. The rest of HR is next in line—because duplicate roles are the first to get axed.
If Hughe$ is our Tomorrow…
we are all f@uckd. A lot of Dilbert worthy buzzwords in that robot.
Analysts/Elliott, press him and Brian on the dollar value they are actually adding to the market capture. The answer might shock you.
Feeling really positive after the all man verizon call
Man I tell you now I feel like Dan has a real plan.I feel really good their gonna find me a new position in the company before my off payroll date.I feel like Dan knows what needs to be done .He is doing exactly that .We are going to dazzle our customers and excite our shareholders. My god this is the most inspiration I have felt since I was given my first promotion.Heres to you Vteamers
What would fix morale for you personally?
Morale is worst I’ve ever seen, and I’ve lived through the data breach and Target Canada. I’m trying to think through what would change my attitude and I’ve got:
- Replace all senior leaders with competent, caring individuals that act and speak like real human beings rather than corporate robots.
- A 10% raise
- More thoughtful RTO rules based on job type/duties and level.
- Move Product Manager roles back to the US, and just generally stop moving every gd role over to TII.
I realize none of this is ever going to happen, but it’s nice to dream.
Unpopular opinion
Dan is doing what needs to be done to fix years of bad leadership and turn the company around. He’s the real deal.
John Stankey - COO CEO and Head of Strategy
Buy for a dollar, sell for fifty cents, and create a trail of debris with wherever you go. Like sending in Andrew Dice Clay and Maitland Ward to the Baptist church to give sermons and organize the socials. Bernie Madoff will handle the collection plate and funds.
Bravo Dan
Saying nothing but the truth. We aren’t what we used to be. Hans shipped all of customer service to 3rd world countries. What were we thinking the outcome was going to be ? Cheaper for a better experience? Heck no. You get what you pay for. The good old days with Lowell where our customer service was #1 and respected.
Our network su-ks. What happened to our network ? Can you hear me now? “Call dropped” I miss those day we had full bar is signal anywhere we would go. Now it’s 1 bar everywhere unless you live next to a tower within site distance.
Asset Protection layoffs?
Head of the asset protection department let go?
Verizon CEO's strategy looks more like a blueprint for failure

This is the board - the culprits of misleading this company
What did the board do these oast years? Allow the worst decisions. How they fixed it? Unload 13+ of the employees 🤬 - oh, and come to sip a cuppa coffe in front of every employee
-
VZ board member compensation varies, with independent directors typically earning around $335k-$365k in cash for 2024, while Chair Mark Bertolini and CEO Daniel Schulman received higher amounts, alongside stock awards; specific figures show Clarence Otis Jr. earning over $410k cash, and others like Carol Tomé and Vittorio Colao earning $335k, with amounts reflecting their roles, though total compensation (including equity) differs and requires review of proxy statements.
Key Board Members (as of late 2025):
- Daniel Schulman: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Mark Bertolini: Chairman of the Board.
- Hans Vestberg: Special Advisor & Board Member.
- Roxanne Austin: Director.
- Vittorio Colao: Independent Director.
- Laxman Narasimhan: Independent Director.
- Carol Tomé: Independent Director (UPS CEO).
- Shellye Archambeau: Independent Director (MetricStream CEO).
- Jennifer Mann: Independent Director (Coca-Cola EVP).
- Caroline Litchfield: Independent Director (Merck CFO).
- Clarence Otis, Jr.: Independent Director (Darden Restaurants).
This all hands was: ••• a complete embarrassment.
VZ paying him over $60m for him to sip coffefe and make jokes to the entire company
Thoughts on All Employee Webcast
- it’s unacceptable to start a meeting at 10:31 instead of 10:30 but runs over in current meeting
- talks about silos and every single thing in this company is siloed
- culture is at its worst because Sam Hammock- get rid of her
- customer service is bad across all companies- it’s literally the most simple answer- stop putting non English speakers in customer service roles
- about time we do away with not hiring / promoting outside of NJ or TX - but will we hold HR accountable for putting that new policy in place
- I do agreed with what he said about us not winning and doing poorly but in all honestly, it’s leaderships fault for where we are. When will leadership be held accountable?
Someone pinch us - IS THIS DAN FOR REAL? Making jokes in the ALL Hands?
Dan telling jokes and stxpid stories - in the ALL hands - while we are all freaking out of the future and so many lives being impacted. This is so unwelcomed.
Dude - you as a board were s failure - VZ leaders are just clowns - following the board and now you keep a while company to do a seinfeld sequel clown show 🤬
Dan gives Jack Palance vibes
I realize I'm showing my age with the title
Honestly I don't hate his attitude.
And there is no doubt that Hans' leadership was never going to get us back on track.
Maybe this doesn't work but something had to change.
All Hands
What is Dan even talking about in this all hands?? He seems so unprepared and is just talking in circles... he hasn't said one useful thing and is just patting the useless execs on their backs.
MN Onsite Week of 12/8
Please share details on what is happening with this leadership meeting, does anyone know?
Really, How Bad Can Shell Be At Staff Admin?
How poor are personnel and career management at Shell, really? That’s a question, not a statement.
Doge fires 1,000s on bogus poor performance allegations; many having to sue to get their jobs back.
Ford warns employees they risk firing for not complying with RTO orders.
Meta and GM terminate by impersonal, surprise emails and/or texts, after blocking intranet access.
Many staffers at lots of companies agonize over cutbacks and layoffs.
Is Shell actually so much worse? By comparison, how different can Shell be at personnel management and career offerings? Is the grass really greener elsewhere?
Where are the SLT
It is Q4. It is the end of the year. Where are the SLT and a rallying cry for end of year business ??????? It appears they are stuck behind their spreadsheets and 40 page slide decks - no communication with sales, no customer visits, no “how can I help you win business in next 20 days”. Even our new Chief Revenue Officer and our new CMO who normally are on the final push can’t be bothered anymore. And then when the results are terrible it will be the peeps fault and nothing to do with them.
Where did the idea of replacing Carmen with Switchmen/Utility men come from?
Does anyone know,or have any ideas, about how Carmen are being replaced?
Where did it start from, who implemented this idea?
Is it any one individual or location that came up with the idea??????
Clover
Clover leadership has become an absolute joke. Let’s just call it what it is - complete incompetence from top to bottom. These people have no vision, no direction, no accountability, and no clue how to run a company. Every decision feels like it’s made on impulse, panic, or pure ego.
We’ve had endless “leadership changes” that fix nothing because the same people responsible for the disaster are still sitting in the same chairs pretending they’re guiding the company. Meanwhile, teams are burned out, priorities explode every other day, execution is a mess, and the so-called leaders can’t make a single clear or intelligent decision to save their lives.
It’s honestly embarrassing watching talented employees grind while leadership stumbles around in circles, throwing out half-baked strategies and calling it progress. The disconnect is massive. The incompetence is obvious. And the silence from the top tells you everything. They don’t know how to fix anything because they’re the problem.
At this point, seriously… what the he-l are we doing here? How much longer are we supposed to pretend this is normal? Because Clover leadership sure as he-l isn’t leading anything.
RJ to be the next CEO?
Literally he just talked about is life and growing up for a quarterly meeting, seems like she's trying to pass on the crown to him
Go Go’s New Video
Go Go has a new video on LinkedIn where he talks about great leadership.
It’s very short and he just repeats a lot of the same stuff he’s said before.
What gets me is how many “likes” it gets from employees.
Exec fantasy league: SVB up, TK down ?
"Wells Fargo Names Saul Van Beurden to Lead Artificial Intelligence; Kleber Santos to Expand Responsibilities and Serve as Co-CEO of Consumer Banking and Lending with Van Beurden"
cannot be good for TK, previous AI cheerleader.
Artur goes wild...
I've heard Artur went on some wild comments today during town hall.
Is it true he was throwing few strange wake up calls?
Are you planning on joining the employee stock purchase program?
I am interested in whether people are thinking of joining up.
My thoughts are that the company doesn’t feel very stable, the morale is low and I’m not really sure if growing the company is the real long term plan of our leadership. I still believe that we will be broken up and sold off.
So, I was wondering if I’m an outlier here and if others are feeling more optimistic about Solventum’s future.
C-Suite Continues to Honor Themselves Online
Not a good look to clinicians, clients and internal staff. Paints the company in a negative light.
Reshuffling National Sales in WIM
I heard they cut some of the fat cats at the top of the hierarchy. They are making them reapply for their positions while also providing severance pay? I haven't noticed any of those positions listed either internally or externally. From what I hear, they covet fresh ideas and are looking for external applicants for those positions.
Did they just decide they can manage without the higher salaries at the top? I worked near one of them, and they always seemed to be doing nothing at all, they are from the Maryland area. They complained half the time about their direct report and the other half just looked busy and left early often. I know WIM sales is very heavy with people making too much. Is this a sign of the future? Cut from the top and move down instead of the usual cut from the bottom and gradually move up?
