It’s who you know and who you blow.
Some of the loudest people screaming “DEI” are often the same people who cannot recognize competence unless it looks like them. Many of us have advanced degrees, decades of experience, leadership records, and measurable accomplishments. It’s insulting and intellectually lazy to reduce that to “DEI” simply because you’re uncomfortable seeing diverse talent succeed.
less DEI and more of the friends club.
