What happens if you don’t take it? Is it a laid off situation or voluntarily quit? I’m hearing this is happening in some pockets of the organization.

New here, and I've heard that when people get laid off, they're immediately escorted out of the building. I can't believe that's true. It would be so disrespectful.

I keep wondering what the next round of changes will bring. More layoffs? Reduced hours? Title eliminations? Anyone have any insight?

I left Target HQ 3 years ago and really want to come back. Does Target generally hire previous employees if they left on good terms? Do you have an advantage in the hiring process?

Anyone have experience negotiating your exit from a HQ role? Not getting laid off. Leaving on your own terms when you and your leader agree the work has changed enough to not fit. Open roles are scarce for my intended trajectory.

I'm trying to plan ahead in case the worst happens. What do people do about health insurance after they're laid off? Is there COBRA? Are there other options? I'd really like to know what to expect.

I'm newer to the company and I find the on hand/back stock system completely crazy and not reliable. Then the priorities system is so weird. I think they need to figure out a better way for this.
