BNY Pershing’s CIO came and went faster than a transformation buzzword. The British hipster swagger, the artisan‑arrogance, the 'Untuckit' shirt and white tennis shoes style and the “I’ll fix and co-locate everything in six weeks” energy — all gone. And in classic BNY fashion, the update is delivered with that beloved euphemism: “He is no longer with us.” Translation: blink and you missed him.

Happy Monday!
Just wanted to give the proper hello to rhe worst CEO and human being in Chevron History, MW. Also a hello to the worst CIO in Chevron history that is destroying his fellow American IT personnel to pad his pockets. What kind of people have so little loyalty to their country and community they happily sacrifice them for themselves? Terrible humans. They DO NOT HAVE to act this way. No law says they have to. For those defending these people, a few extra pennies of dividend in your retirement fund at thr cost of laying off people in your community is not Wirth it. Its absolutely wirthless! You dont have enough in your account to make a difference. Now to head out to take an MW!
CIO Collecting direct reports like Thanos
He's got 28 under him right now, soon to be 29.
What's the endgame? What's going on?
Project Elevate should be rebranded
To Project LLM
Literally Losing Millions
Fiserv CIO doesn't use nor understand AI properly even as a fintech and throw an LLM at everything even in finance. So I think the name makes sense. hbu?
CIO cleanups
Any trickle down effect for this? Looks like some people on the list is a surprise.
Ai bc - layoff
CIO just want their metric shine by reducing ppl and showing off ai is working … let’s replace MD cto with AI
CIO Gone
I hear they let the CIO Kim M go . Had to be over this cluster of a deal with outsourcing IT. Wonder which dope from her staff they will put in place now.Hopefully they go to the outside and get someone to clean up her mess.
Something going right with AI
Makes me wonder if we shouldn’t replace a lot of C-suite employees with AI.
This was in Fortune magazine.
https://fortune.com/2026/03/30/dells-cfo-is-using-ai-agents-to-run-his-finance-team-and-has-helped-the-ai-business-go-from-0-to-25-billion/
Listen Up
There is no need to beat around the bush.
Everyone know FISERV CIO has initiative to move all jobs to INDIA.
The company is on a DOWNWARD SPIRAL for a LONG TIME.
It does not INNOVATE.
That is why we want AI, because there are already MINIMAL STANDARDS.
So if you don't like it? Find a NEW JOB.
Otherwise, It's NOT WORTH IT.
Or else stay at Fiserv and have your job OUTSOURCED.
If not deal then deal with LOW QUALITY,
And MORE AI,
And more OUTSOURCING,
And more being TREATED LIKE A CHILD.
Its part of the DOWNWARD SPIRAL.
Stephen Miller is ON THE SIDE OF PROFIT, NOT YOURS.
Understand?
Chief HR Officer and Chief Information and Digital Officer resign
No reasons given, only that they'll be resigning, effective in a couple weeks.
Two major leaders leaving Ally in two months of each other
Donna Hart left Ally in January and she was CIO over IPRM. Now Satish is leaving CIO over Tech. What are your thoughts?
Doubling down ... code speak for?
So NN the new CIO says he's doubling down. That means for all the ones who have lengthy careers, we're out. Get your resume ready because he's going to flush the whole lot. Wonder how long it'll take the shadow ops team to pull this one down.
CIO shown the exit door today
With the CIO shown the exit door, who will do more lay offs now in IT?
How did our stock do over last year, two years, five years... or since 2020 when JS became the CIO?
Just curious. And, yes, I can look it up on my own but just wanted to prompt others into thinking. This is not good.
CIO Consumer
Any chance that India or the Philippines could keep Kerrins while she executes her global cheerleading tour? Many I believe would agree that AI could replace her role and save millions . Or a lower paid CIO in India could do the job since much of it is done in India and the person would be smarter.
Wasteful spending in IT & Operations by CIO "A D"
Highlighting one of the reasons among many in Molina causing this huge Margin issues. CIO "A D" hires from his pet IT vendor Infinite and lay offs us full time IT and business operation employees. Many of us in IT & Operation management know CIOs connection with Infinite and what’s their benefits from them but remained to keep mum fearing backlash. He indirectly forced us (management) to take contractors of Infinite and favored Infinite to get many useless projects (some were necessary but many were just there to give them business). He has milked Molina a lot causing this huge margin issues for Molina now as he gave tons of useless projects to Infinite and indirectly gets benefitted. COO to whom CIO reports, probably knows about it and possibly is friends with Infinite too obviously for mutual gains. They are firing employees now after doing a bad job of not managing the margins correctly and causing excessive spending in IT and overall company operations. They should be the first one to be fired as they caused excessive spending as someone said in comments in another post about the spend in Azure, useless Upgrades in pretext of modernization, New Products, AI spending to name a few. Just imagine, we are serving the poorest of poor folks in USA by doing R&D in AI, building them shiny apps etc. using companies like Infinite, offshoring the Jobs and paying company like Infinite with USA government $$ which is meant for the poorest of poor Medicaid beneficiaries.
Hearing that VP and CIOs appointed by Anil are out!
I know A Patel is gone. V Wali gone too? Rat is cleaning up all former Anil's leaders. Whats going on?
CIO announced that she is leaving
It sounded like she chose to leave as she has a "next role" lined up, but CareFirst will have an "acting CIO" for the time being, Not a great sign.
BD stands for bad decisions
BD has turned into a circus of nincompoops , seemingly united by one goal: destroying what used to be a great company. It started at the top with the CEO, followed by a chain of DEI hires, each worse than the last, culminating in the collapse of TGS. The irony is that the CTO/CIO doesn’t even realize that he/she’s being manipulated by her VPs.
Best Silicon Valley CIO
I Nominate our CIO for the ‘best cio silicon valley’ award for 2025. He is the reason the company is doing so good. His vision, strategy and hard work is more than all the company execs put together. He truly deserves a huge hug and a bucketful of stock options. That inspite of having such a mediocre team. Hats off Sudhakar.
IT has been gutted and business pays the price
This CIO has not only gutted the workforce, but also the systems. Poor culture thrives, and online articles are the focus versus getting the business to be effective through delivery and commitment. Get someone effective in Singapore to replace this jo**r.
The CIO who was asleep at the wheel when CDK got hacked is gone.
Wrn Leggs is gone at the end of the month
How bad company has become under new Mckinsey CIO
It has become prisoners of Mckinsey. Mck folks have more info than employee. on an average there is 1 (employee) to 10 McK person in meetings.. think if McK people charge 400 an hr. how much they are minting. I am sure Mr CIO gets the kickback. This company is going to go down.
Serious concerns about your current CIO
I’m concerned that the current CIO may not have the depth of experience required for a large semiconductor manufacturing company. His background at PagerDuty, while relevant in a different context, does not clearly demonstrate the capability to lead in this type of environment. I would encourage a review of this appointment and the criteria used in making it.
RA’s happening in Brazil today
Was RAd today. F&O - CIO Brazil. I know many others that were also RAd today in CIO
What happened to the CIO/CTO?
I liked JC, he obviously got replaced for someone cheaper.
Was there some other story there?
New CIO announcement?
Gonna be hard to find someone as competent as Sandip, he was was a mighty little elf. Maybe next hire can do a 200x
New (old) Board members
Announced today two new board members from Elliott. First I had heard about them since Elliot was announced in July. The name Patricia Watson ring a bell? Former CIO of TSYS before the merge.

CIO let's talk
Anyone excited about the"coffee with J" session next week. Considering the continued beat downs, I'm sure he's excited about it. He'll get all the awkward silence he loves so much as no one will speak up for fear of retaliation.
CIO and EY consultants
Just saw an ethics alert posted on Inside, and thought it was for sure about good ole LC.
What he has done is far worse than the 3 cases described in the article. What will RB do? MN letting him do whatever he wants does have consequences. Lining his friends pockets while IT reliability goes down. What an excellent choice EB made when she hired this loser.
Lots of rumors about a new CIO
Can anyone confirm who it might be?
AIDA
Anyone know what’s going on in Moulis new space
200 IT Layoffs this week
Yesterday almost 200 people globally in Cargill Global IT (Now called DT&D Digital Technology & Data) were laid off. This included early career / first/second year employees as well. The goal is to replace them with DEI workers out of Atlanta or India/Costa Rica and by lowering the standards on job postings in order to obtain them.
They are more than 2 years into Jennifer Hartsock's tenure as CIO / CIDO and almost every conceivable metric has gotten significantly worse, as a once great place to work has done a complete 180. My guess is her and her leadership team may not be around for much longer.

The Funeral Bells are ringing at UOP
We still are not hearing that directors and VPs are being let go. Today 65 finance advisors and 7 finance managers were informed that today was their last day. 1 manager and 4 employees of the student accounting department were also let go. Enrollment numbers are declining and the marketing, IT, and financial aid departments are definitively failing to do their jobs. The decline started when the Credit Suisse guys came on board and continued with the onboarding of the app Vocado and that wreck of a CIO who had no idea. It is time for the 'GOLDEN' parachute employees to leave without their parachute. They have caused the downfall of what was once a great university.
More layoffs coming in August 2017
More significant layoffs of US-based Operations teams are coming in August 2017. 2nd quarter numbers missed the mark so heads must now roll. The move to low-skill / low-pay resources in Costa Rica and India continues so management can make the company more attractive, artificially attractive, for a sale. Despite what management says, all changes are 100% financially driven. The CFO continues to drive the company into the ground to meet the CEO's financial numbers.
Customers have realized what is going on and continue to leave in droves. Upper UK and US management (VPs) who are close to the overall plan are now leaving en masse as well.
If you are a SgAS employee in the UK or US and are thinking of leaving or have an opportunity to get out, now would be the time to make a move. If you are thinking of joining the company in the UK or US, don't
MLS gave notice in February....Daves top 10 why
Why would she leave?? 1. Cant keep cutting your way to a bonus after 2 years, needs sales growth which of course there is none. 2. Significant compensation tied to bonus and stock which is financial results based. 3. Stay too long you are associated as a leader of a loser organization. Leave on your best year. 4. Industry is dying and no way to reverse it. Every business initiative and project was a failure. 5. IT failures continue under her watch, even accelerated. Outsourcing failed because systems are way more custom and poorer than originally thought. Good IT talent left, bad IT talent stayed and Infosys and TCS were tremendous disappointments - can't code hello world. 6. CIO SS was her pick and he royally messed up IT and it will not recover. 8. IP department and experience destroyed, accounting department destroyed, store personnel destroyed. 9. KFarts/Sears/Office Depot/Max have taken over and wielding their magic that ruined their previous companies and 10. MLS was bright, talented and a go getter and there are much better opportunities in a growing company/industry for her skills - just watch.
