Well folks, here we go again. More bad news from Estero. Entire IT functions being dismantled and outsourced to India. Last time this happened was a disaster. Financial gymnastics continue to accelerate. When is the next shoe dropping?

I've been looking at how much my team has shrunk over the past year and it's pretty alarming. Some of that was layoffs, but a lot of it was people simply choosing to leave. I'm wondering if other teams are seeing the same thing or if it's just us.

We have been informed that the hertz office at 7725 W Reno in Oklahoma City is laying off a large number of employees and shifting the jobs to 3rd party company in India. As of right now we can stay with the company until the end of May 2026

Any news on bonus or merits? Got a whole team asking here and ready to walk out unless they get proper pay. The last 2 to 3 years has been nauseous at best and running out of excuses. Lost 2 strong managers already to National and Sixt.

Execs, directors, CEO still getting paid their big paychecks; all while staff can’t get our incentive pay on time. Let’s create more positions and pay top dollar to them. You really think this company has integrity to do the right thing?
