Just looked at Akira org chart. They have more VP and directors than actual employees. This is gonna be a blood bath

Pretty bad company and their hiring process. Guess if you show any success they do not want to hire you. They want mindless drones.

Should be exactly what its always been, "The Fleecing of Lumen Humans" . She might as well tell the truth while she lines her pockets.

Why is it Executive leader ship can’t give raises, but they can hire two more of their friends for VP positions we don’t need?

Is it the usual or have they changed anything?

With all this good news being said about Lumen, why are raises for non-union employees not being given?

I applied to several jobs. Got an interview that went great. Haven’t heard anything in several weeks. Also haven’t been told no or a rejection email. Just been sitting there. How long is the process?

listening to Chris Stansbury talk about his race car while at the same time talking about shutting down legacy telecom along with our jobs is really quite amazing. He gets the gold and we get shafted.

Rumors floating of 15-25% layoff coming.

Who's moving to enterprise? Payroll code changed Sunday for those moving. Good thing bad thing?

Anyone else under Prigg hearing rumor's about going back into the office? I honestly dont care, however majority of my team is freaking out. ( as some have moved states away ) Heard managers have to, and then techs in the NOC 2/3 days a week

VSPP is rare. They want to control who leaves and walk you to the door. They would have too many volunteers for VSPP offers in mass. They will just hand pick and walk people out with regular severance over the next year....

3 SRO's are gone from the Pacific Northwest as of this morning. I am sure that there are more RIF's happening today.

Are VSPP offers enhanced any or are they just regular layoff/severance package rates? Have there been any offers to anyone other than Techs?
