@aa MD started his company in 1984 with $1000 and turned that into a legitimate business. I'll give him credit there because he did invent the path for average people to purchase computers.
His business did well for the next 3 yeras and in 1987 it was rebranded as Dell, which is when JC joined.
JC is COO simply because he was one of the very first employees of MD and that's it. MD will NEVER fire or replace JC at this point and well, we are stuck with an incompetent COO because of this.
I do think that if JC had not had such an ideal - and lucky - chance, he would never be hired on by MD.
Long story short, JC is COO because he was there when the company started and they are butt buddies.
Only way to fix this is a massive walk out.. those pu--y young grad kids won’t have a leg to stand on either.. if you don’t speak up… then you’re speaking for….
He’s a greedy pr--k. He might have money but he’s still a classless red neck who will die alone and nobody will remember him.
You have to realize...he is also just the executioner. The orders to downsize and offshore come from even higher up as well.

I agree. You don't get that far up the food chain without possessing an iron heart. That's why he got that far up. No feelings; just action.

Who gives a sh-t about how much money he made? He's clearly not going anywhere and will continue with being an incompetent dou--e with ugly t-shirts made for 12 year old kids in China. Let it go.
If you allow someone like JC to live rent free in your head, just quit, because he won't.
