I fell down a rabbit hole the other day. I was reading customer reviews of Computershare. Gave me nightmares and PTSD flashbacks of working in Global Payments at BNY.
How can companies with such poor customer interaction and lack of knowledge still exist?

In Legal Affairs this week, 11 people most of whom are in their 50’s and women with pensions. They are outsourcing their jobs to India and hiring a few of them to teach their jobs to and manage their Indian replacements. Of course if you are one of the ones they hire back, you will get a demotion to a lower job grade level.
Is this happening in other areas?
I have a feeling that a few individuals are responsible for most of the content we see on this site. Can anyone guess how many people post regularly? I would estimate it to be around 6 to 10.

As we just had layoffs the other day, do we expect to have layoffs in another three months? There’s a rumor of restructuring at the end of may which would coincide with this. Anyone else heard of this?
So it sounds like possibly the PIP percent is going to be higher this year. Heard from a few groups they are really scrutinizing people's "development needs". Anyone hear anything?
I noticed the 2026 in-office goal specified 3 full days a week. Did any else catch that? Has there been any clarification on what constitutes a “full” day and how managers will monitor and enforce that policy?

If 1K were riffed in January
and we don’t know how many were laid off in February (say 2000?).
Still have around 17K to be riffed beginning March 4. How is this number gonna be spread? 2K a month until December? Anxiety-inducing and demoralizing for employees!
Any guess/speculation?

Does anyone know how bonus amounts are decided? Is it true managers are told how many people must receive a certain rating. For example; on a team with 10 people there can be no more than 2 people rated at “Exceeds” and there must be at least 2 people to receive “Inconsistently Meets”.
So a senior vice president takes a leave of absence?! He was a rising star but even he is disenchanted with Phillips 66 and the money is not enough to retain him. That or he was forced out. Who takes a leave of absence at that level?

Ive seen that the NCGs havent been pulling their weight on shift with helping out the lighter MFG crew. Has anyone noticed this?
I met with my leader this week about my goals this year. I presented to them what I felt was a skill I needed to grow in that directly affects my work and meeting business goals. It was also something mentioned in my review as something to focus on this year. My leader didn’t agree that the goal made sense and that it was ambitious enough, even though I had a clear case as to why it was.
What this tells me is that they are actively positioning to set people up for failure or lower comp again next year. Never ever in my career have I had a leader tell me they disagreed with a goal of mine. Especially one that is directly tied to work. It’s not like I made a goal to take extra lunches or see how many pencils I can sharpen in a day.
Hearing rumors that huge bonuses were announced for L3 and above at the mass markets event. 100K per director. Anyone else heard the same??
