Normally get paid at least 2 business days before end of the cycle. Did the outsourcing partner drop the ball this pay period or is EM improving working capital to pay “on-time” and not 2+ days early on ACH?

I have started getting paid on exact last day of the pay period. No longer getting paid a few days early. Also, I stopped receiving emailed pay stubs each month. Stopped around March 21, 2026.
I went back and checked about 7 months of paystubs. For me, if the last day of the month was during the work week, I was paid on the last day of the month. If the last day of the month fell on the weekend, I was paid Friday in all cases except for March (Thursday, March 26th).
Therefore, I assume I will be paid tomorrow.
