Another Data Breach for Gainwell

At what point do state Attorney Generals and the federal investigators step in? This wasn't just a normal data breach, they got patient info AND provider account information. It is probably much worse than this press release even admits.

RTO - Corporate Investigation

Not sure if this is company wide or just certain departments, but it looks like they’re going to start cracking down on hours in office for salaried employees. Last month a girl on a neighboring team was placed on “administrative leave” as she was being investigated for hours spent in office. Then earlier today, a guy on my team received an email titled “Corporate Investigation - RTO”, but he was able to come back to his desk and continue his day. He said he’ll talk to me off campus about the meeting.

Investigate unions

How do we go about having our own unions investigated for not doing their jobs? Clearly, the production hike is correlating with injuries and incidences. It appears they want transportation to do inspections and just Carmen to the shop and justification of a percentage production number.

When is retaliation retaliation?!?!

With all the Risk folks getting downsized, I was wondering if anyone has experience on retaliation claims. The conduct risk person said they review claims but only a small amount are deemed true retaliation. Funny how the training we take outlines examples of retaliation but those are not retaliation when Conduct Risk investigates.

Dodging responsibility yet again like that case in the Charlotte observer.

Charlie and Bei should be ashamed of themselves. WF is Not a top 5 company for employees…

Anyone know the real numbers? I fear these numbers are artificially LOW…

Broward School Board Delays Job Cuts Amid State Probe

The Broward School Board postponed a vote on proposed job cuts. The proposal aimed to eliminate 800 positions due to decreased state funding and student enrollment. This delay occurred as the board addressed a state investigation into credit card misuse. The probe concerns the Board chair's $150 ticket purchase for a political fundraiser using public funds. The Board will strengthen credit card policies and provide additional training.

Can we use this forum for more?

Situation: Layoffs have been occurring almost continually globally for the past period, at least 8 years, possibly much longer. Yet we only here anecdotal information regarding details.
Idea: Instead of just posting here, alert any remaining local media sources in your region about what has happened. Maybe that has already been done. If so, post a link to the article here where others can share on social media. If not, tell the story and if the media is still well-funded enough, may be able to do some investigative reporting. The idea is to get a larger audience aware of the ongoing removal of employees.
Benefits:

  • Increased possibilities of potential new employees thinking twice before joining
  • raised awareness of retail investors who are chasing a dividend or turnaround,
  • expanded visibility for current employees to what is actually happening in the environment (particularly remote employees who don't see their co-workers being walked out)
  • Feel good effect by letting a broader audience know what the company is attempting to keep hidden

DOJ is looking at Gainwell

Look's like Gainwell has new problems. DOJ said they can be liable for a $500 million medicaid fraud that it ignored. And Treasury has set up a new medicaid fraud task force that we can report to.

And Bloomberg is still investigating I think.

Here is the task force info for Treasury.

The Treasury is interested in Medicaid/ Medicare fraud and they are willing to pay for your cooperation. Good luck! Do you think this is what RI has in mind? Cha Ching if you can provide proof!

XOM Corrupt HR

I filed a complaint with HR against my horrible manager last December and never received a response. I followed and still heard nothing.
Last week, during my 1:1 with him, I told him I had tolerated enough and confronted him about favoritism, dishonesty, improper practices, and unethical behavior. A couple of days later, HR suddenly scheduled a private meeting on my calendar.
In that meeting, they told me not to discuss the matter with anyone and said the investigation was about my interaction with my manager that happened on Monday. When I asked why no one ever reviewed the complaint I submitted four months ago, they gave vague excuses. I then pointed out that the same HR representative interviewing me now was the one assigned for the case I opened months ago...Because I’m not in management, they ignored my complaint. HR is useless...

Verizon store manager caught AirDropping himself woman’s s-x videos, police say

local10.com/news/local/2026/03/06/hialeah-verizon-store-manager-caught-airdropping-himself-womans-s-x-video-police

Verizon store manager caught AirDropping himself woman’s s-x videos, police say: HIALEAH, Fla. — A woman mulling a switch from AT&T to Verizon ended up the victim of an intimate crime after visiting the latter’s retailer in Hialeah on Thursday afternoon, according to police.

Investigators said Noel Guerra Vaquer, the manager of the Verizon store at 7925 Hialeah Gardens Blvd., AirDropped videos of the woman having s-x with her partner from her iPhone to his personal phone under the guise of “assisting with the process of setting up potential service.”

Police said Guerra, 35, of Hialeah Gardens, had claimed he needed to look at her AT&T bill as she sought a quote at around 3:45 p.m.

A Hialeah Police Department arrest report states that the woman “realized that something was wrong after leaving the store when she observed a notification on her phone indicating that an AirDrop transfer had been successfully completed,“ listing the recipient as “Noel.”

Police said “the notification included a thumbnail image showing explicit content of herself.”

L3 Harris infested with Russian spies

It looks like the FBI caught a manager at L3 Harris selling secrets to a Russian broker. This is one reason why there’s layoffs, some people at the company can’t keep secrets because they are overwhelmed by greed.
They didn’t catch everyone yet, and it is still an ongoing investigation. Maybe if the FBI catches everyone there won’t be any need for more layoffs in that section as it will be reduced enough.
The whole company needs a complete government security review.

Canon Inc. hates America!

Companies today have seen the challenges with the US economy due to the ongoing tariffs.

Very quietly though have you realize the backlash against the American worker? Canon USA Inc. is holding it against the American workers by continuing to layoff and outsource to contractors in the Philippines.

In addition, we have not received one publication from corporate that didn’t mention the tariffs. The continued downsizing of the American working people is a direct response to the American government.

The company is currently being investigated in Melville for their layoffs that may result in the loss of the tax breaks they received when we moved our corporate HQ.

Canon USA Inc. knows they need to be here for business but doesn’t want to play ball with the people of our country. It’s a sad reality but you may be the next move they make in what they label as a right sizing due to the economic climate.

I simply can no longer trust this company because I feel that I am a targeted employee because I am American.

Nike Securities Fraud Investigation

Sorry if this is old news. Have never seen it linked or discussed. Has anyone actually read the case files on this. Seems to name a ton of executives, most of the c-suite under JD.

Probably nothing to see here. Our leaders have the utmost integrity, and Nike doesn’t have a poor track record of leaders doing nefarious things.

Go woke, go broke

If the EEOC’s investigation leads to evidence of discrimination what will be the relief? Does Nike People Solutions get an overhaul, DEI Vice President cut, abolish the illegal quotas, etc.? There seems to be a lot of predictions about GT layoffs but based on earnings may be a lot more restructuring timed with this DEI complaint…
