I have been asked as a care coordinator to switch work flows this month (June) and work new areas that I have never worked before. Everything came out of the blue a few days ago and other care managers from different department are now working the area that I worked and grown accustom to. Does anyone know what is going on?

Is JG still flitting around speaking the game and achieving nothing or has the company finally seen this light weight entitled prima donna for what he is and let him go? Just are not hearing anything on this site about him since leaving a few years back.

Our managers seem to specialize in drive-by management. They're gone for weeks, practically invisible, then they swoop in with ill-informed, half-baked ideas based on zero context, wreck our workflow, and take off. I'm assuming they spend the next few weeks patting themselves on the back for job well done.

The layoffs shattered our workflow and teams don't talk. Management has no vision beyond cutting costs. We're completely stuck and it's so demoralizing.

Let’s discuss the shale and tight post reorg mess. Over two months in following wave 1 and people still don’t know what is going on with workflows with minimal guidance from leadership because they don’t know. Folks at the working level are doing their best to figure it out. morale is at an all time low. When will the management stars and their followers who designed the new org be held accountable for the mess.

S&T reorg has been an absolute debacle. Implementation team clearly didn't involve enough people actually executing the work for these workflows to make any sense and then point their fingers at other orgs when there is a question of who does what. At least they all got their promotions though. What a fu--ing joke.
