Why BofA is hiring contractors in such huge numbers? Is it just usual business or something big is going to happen.

I put so much effort into my work and I know it's good. Other people notice and comment on it, but I never seem to get anywhere because I'm not part of the favored group. I don't know why I keep trying so hard.

When do they run the workplace excellence reports? I thought it was supposed to be the first Sunday of every month (ex: June 7, July 5, August 2, September 6), but I noticed they ran it in June on June 3rd instead of June 7.

That means we’re all getting fat raises next year because we’ve done a great job. Right? Right…

I noticed my title changed. Is there a pay change also? Are there ever increases mid year?
