How many people have left imperial until now? Including resignations, early retirement or laid off.

What does the pay package look like if one elects PIL instead of PIP? If one does PIP and doesn’t pass, what does the pay package look like?

PIP severance

If someone is NSI’d and laid off in the future based on PDS process, do they get the same severance as folks now as long as they’ve agreed not to sue? I.e ~1 month per year of service plus keep your pension (lump sum) and keep your RSU’s. ?


Trust in Imperial Oil

After all that Imperial Oil has done in the last few years, all the trust and faith in the company has evaporated. I don’t know how Management will rebuild it??
