Does anyone on here NOT want to be laid off? Seems like most everyone i work with WANTS to be, including me. It's kind of funny in a twisted way how we always joke around about it.

I’d like two more years. If I get laid off before then so be it.
Back in the day you could let your Mgr know you would be willing to take an offer. And you often got the opportunity unless there was some around who had already been picked for whatever reason. Understand these days they are trying to let folks go with the minimum payout, but is that still possible?
Most of us only work the minimal amount of time and effort to not get fired. There's undoubtedly other things in life that are much more important to focus on.
