2026 Compensation cycle email

“We base pay on labor market trends—not cost of living—so your compensation reflects your role’s true market value.”

Ok fine, but does anyone else see the idiocy of paying Stankey 26 million then? Based on what he’s done to once-proud AT&T he wouldn't get half that money at any other company in the world! Zero chance.

Pennsylvania third nationally for layoffs

Pennsylvania ranks third nationally for layoff notices this year. Approximately 4,000 workers in the state have received notices for 2026. Amazon Fresh is cutting 983 jobs by closing six Philadelphia-area stores. The GIANT supermarket chain also plans to eliminate about 500 jobs. Economists view these notices as a signal, but not a complete economic picture.

Leg T Layoffs Coming

Talk going around today between Dallas and Atlanta is that it's cheaper to pay off Leg T union employees to get rid of them rather than keep them on the payroll considering high costs, high absenteeism, low productivity and trainability as well as non-collaberative attitudes. It's being agreed on by top leadership that it's much cheaper and far more easy to pay the termination pay per contract, and now that the watermark is no longer an obstacle, the first step will be to declare surplus which means VTP will be offered without a cap. This is expected to reduce the Leg T workforce by at least half. The remaining will be Involuntarily laid off by year end as all Leg T work is automated, outsourced and off-shored.

It seems I survived this round

Unless they spring some nasty surprise at the last moment. I don't even like my job, but I'm still relieved. I'm juggling so much in life right now that losing this job would probably bring it all crashing down. I imagine most of you are in the same position. What I really hate is that we've been brought to this, fighting tooth and nail for a job we'd gladly ditch for something better. There don't seem to be many better ones these days.

Srini and the senior leadership team….

Lied to everyone last December. They sat on that stage and told us layoffs would end after Q1.

NOT TRUE!

Layoffs will continue throughout the year. Not at the same level as we are experiencing now but every quarter will be tightened and tweaked. More of us gone in a corporate version of The Hunger Games.

Workload will increase, timelines won’t change, but fewer people doing the work.

Avg job search is about 9 months right now. Be proactive and start your search, get ahead of the curve.

It’s only a matter of time before we are all impacted.

Morrow all teams meeting yesterday

did anyone see it? Someone asked about job cuts, and he said we are 74 management employees over right now which is 2%, but our normal churn is 3% (people leaving on their own), so he doesn't expect any cuts this year.

His words not mine. Just curious with everyone posting rumors of huge layoffs coming this month, when is that going to happen because Bill says it isn't. I also asked my VP, and he said he hasn't heard anything about a layoff. He's told me about one every time way in advance when somethings up. According to him they are very pleased with financials, and we expect to be in the black by end of the year with customer acquisition and profits.

People Quit

In some departments there’s no worry for layoffs. People quit at such a rapid rate they can’t even staff properly. This company is doomed unless it corrects its ways. Customers and workers alike despise how evil the processes are and customers cancel and employees leave because of how terrible the call routing is.

We are unstoppable! (Our path to sub 35)

Finally, SLF seems to have found something she's really good at: sending the stock CONSISTENTLY down at the speed of a failed SpaceX rocket. Time for some put options, because when the FT news is public, and James has to guide the investors, you can make some serious money when the stock sinks below 35! (This is NOT financial advice, though!!!). Say hi to Bob T!

Hawaii’s layoff rate decreased between October and November 2025.

In November 2025, 1.4% of people employed in Hawaii were laid off or discharged, a lower rate than October. Compared to the national numbers, the November 2025 rate in Hawaii was higher, meaning a higher share of the Hawaii working population was laid off or dismissed in November 2025 compared to the US overall.

IT team update - it's still not good

Roughly a month ago the UK IT team were laid off without any consideration.
After many of the Hellaby office started to complain we're needed, they back tracked and said there's three positions in Hellaby and the London team is now staying.
The current director - who knows NOTHING about IT- is being made team lead. I repeat, NOTHING about IT and it's issues.
Their name rhymes with Haki Sidey.

Having worked here for a bit on the IT team, I can tell you there's nothing good coming from this.
All laptops are expected to have a 10-20 day dispatch time!
From our current 1-2 day for UK

AI and India have ki-led this company.

FISV—-> $230 —-> 57 —-> 40

Not far! Growth of 1.8% ? Why even wake up and go to work. Oh wait, I work for infinite. I work at home. Let’s continue to milk this dead company.

Loyalty is gone! I don’t give a cr-p, I just collect a check.

I feel sorry for those who wake up and go to work at Fiserv, or still hold the Fiserv stock in their M Lynch account or Fidelity account.

This is all because of Frank and his “leaders”
