@ns OTE is never guaranteed- I would think only base salary.
Severance is also difference is getting on a PIP and leaving vs. role elimination.
Any Idea if this is for OTE or for just your base?
2 weeks for every year you’ve been employed, 3 months of benefits paid, and up to either 40 or 80 hours of PTO paid out (can’t remember which)
