The only excuse is that they are saving money for bonuses, otherwise, what a joke.

Better start looking for another way out.

It’s happened so many times already that I’m not even sure there are enough people left on some teams to carry the load. Every time they cut, the rest of us get buried.

None of it makes sense. I lost several exceptional people from my team. It feels like the decisions were made strictly by the numbers, and because of that we’ve let go of some truly valuable talent. How is that supposed to work long-term?
