Hearing from certain people about reports tracking amount of time we are “active” and people with low numbers being called out? Any truth to this? Had anyone heard anything similar?

Whomever decided to migrate fully to Facets needs to be fired. I’ve never experienced such issues in my life. For a platform that is web based and updated, I feel like I’ve moved to the Middle Ages. It’s slow and dreadful and goes down often. Automation is severely lacking. How can LG possibly meet 1st pass? I feel like we’ve been set up to fail. Does anyone else feel this way?

I thought we were going to chop the company up into pieces, not add more?

C'mon people, share credible info if you have it. Everything I've seen is all over the place. Zero communication from upstairs, which is inconsiderate and sh---y in and of itself. Many of us may not like this job, but we all need that damn paycheck. Have you seen the job market lately?

Has anyone been affected by this while making an external or internal move. I spoke with a coworker of mine who was supposed to leave to another department but they are still here months after they were scheduled to leave. They said thier offer is frozen with no end date insight...is that normal?

Tsunami of Layoffs w.r.t Principal Engineers, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers is on the way

My manager informed me that I will be under Steer program where HR will try to connect with me in detail. Anyone has any idea?

Our leader, Jeremy (Give Me Some) Legg announced a fews weeks ago while here in Bothell, that we would be moving from 7 & 8, to some other location. This was proceeded a couple months earlier with a survey asking if we would like to have an office closer to amenities and a would be willing to drive extra for it.

Now we are faced with moving to a new location , possibly 30+ minutes further away. This might be ok for some but not for those who live close by or west of Bothell.

The bigger question is: why would at&t do this? The NTC is in the same complex as 7 & 8, we own the buildings, and we have plenty of desk space (newly upgraded). The parking su-ks if you arrive after 10 am but food options are not that far away if you like to eat out every day. We recently got out of all the leased building in Bothell and Redmond and moved everyone here.

So, when they move us out to a new leased building, what happens to 7 & 8? Do they get sold or leased to another company?

In the mean time, ~2000 Bothell employees get displaced and moved to a leased (temporary) location. It is only a matter of time we are told that since we don't have a permanent office space, our jobs have moved to Dallas. Bye bye Washington employees.

Does anyone find the cisco/rep nepotism here incredibly rampant? More often than not I find most of the nepotism hires incredibly incompetent.

Heard through the grapevine that the policies around age based employment protections have been updated and that employees with NRE status will no longer have that protection. Has anyone else heard of this?

Is there a US based layoff coming in the next month? Wondering because we have all hands scheduled in the next two weeks so seems like it might be weird to have an all hands during layoffs

Anyone notice they don't have availability listed on their NAR excel sheet that they email each Monday am? Mine only goes until end of May 2026 and should be for 64 weeks. I noticed this a few weeks ago and other provider IDs were still showing availability.

I heard that we have evacuated most, if not all of our employees including the secondees or we leaving the secondees in as it will impact the relationship. Do we really care for our folks there

Do we really think the company will lay off all merchant facing jobs and move to the Phillipines? How could we do that and still be an American company and publicly traded?

This is alarming to think we could lose our jobs just because cost is cheaper in a third world country. Is this what worldpay does? I heard they are closing most buildings down at the end of the year, except Cincinnati, Atlanta, Rochester, and Jacksonvill. Is that true? Thesis is scary times. 😢

Apparently Centene is outsourcing Fidelis Retention responsibilities to a third party called “Fortuna” as some kind of pilot, claiming it’s to “offer additional options” to members for enrollment/renewal. This is while Retention reps have been begging management to hire more staff, lighten the load, etc. I have a bad feeling about this.

Mike Lyons has said repeatedly he cares more about the long-term goals of the company and not trying to do as his predecessor did with layoffs before every quarterly earnings calls. And that's also echoed with other C-Suite executives who have signaled before that the previous labor cuts have hurt the company's position in the market. Fiserv can't afford to trim more staff if they want to retain and attract new clients. So someone explain to me why people here keep saying layoffs are imminent because there are no signals of it from senior management.

I’m sure you’ve seen the news about the Amazon debacle where AWS was taken down for half a day by an AI mistake. This will not be an isolated incident. Expect more of this as companies keep replacing experienced employees with flawed AI systems. Why everyone keeps doubling down on this is beyond me.

Just joined the bank and surprised about how messy operation is.. This company is a sinking ship!
