Assuming that the much rumored Citi Tampa layoffs for September will trigger the Warn Act, do you get a 60 day non working notice and then severance (in my case 3 months) or just 30 days severance plus unused vacation. TIA.

So much time is lost in pointless politics while real work gets shoved aside. Is management letting it slide because they are part of it or just bored? Either way, it is draining to deal with nonstop nonsense.

With Morton departing, TR has announced another reorg. I suppose in the absence of any real progress, reorgs and in-depth documentation is considered progress. Is this orginaization serious about anything?

the warning posts were correct, had a HR meeting this morning for my whole team we were laid off, I don't know which other teams or lacations where affected but heard 75 total laid off in KYC our team is only 13 people.
