Does anyone believe this business can recover, or has years of ineffective leadership taken it down too far. Rumors are that this business is next on the spin-off list after MMS.

Has anyone heard rumors about an upcoming retirement package offering for those folks over 60?

Not sure how true this is but my director said they heard rumors - just rumors - that a 10k WFR is planned for the next 3 months. At least half of which will be in February and March. I do know they are part of a leadership TEAMS chat because they told me so. I asked which orgs were being hit, or likely to be hit and was told that from what they have seen in the chat, ISG, CSG, Sales/ISR's are being targeted, along with higher level Maverick folks.

idk how true this is but this is just what I was told this morning.

Huge amt of layoffs happening and will increase throughout the year as AI spending dramatically increases. Estimate is north of 50k jobs this quarter.

Rumors are that the 2026 bonus pool (paid next month) is not fully funded.

Not sure what this means - whole company, specific business units, etc.

There’s a lot of chatter that the Center of Excellence in India isn’t going so well. Work that was moved there seems to be having issues, and U.S. teams are frustrated with the quality and follow-through. I’ve also heard leadership may not be happy with the push to Bangalore and that layoffs there could happen. Curious if anyone knows how true this is.

Hearing a lot about a 10-20% reduction tomorrow. Anyone have any details on orgs, roles, etc that may be impacted?
