Thread regarding Freddie Mac layoffs

Anyone know if Sapience - the “productivity management” software is being used for this round of layoffs?

If so, start moving that mouse around ladies and gentlemen.

HR pulls all the productivity reports. Espada and her VP Billy something base decisions on these reports.

Will the next round be this week or next and will it be big?

@f9 thank you. So the selection is solely made by VPs or is it ever deferred to directors?

They just ask us for names, so I don’t think it’s based off any stats

Oh no. It went universal last March I believe when Pulte took over. I’ve seen the report myself and know decisions were made in HR and SF at least off of it.

Previously they said they don't use this type of software, but I guess it's possible they could change their policy.
