Pretty neat cnbc got the CEO email before employees. One positive I guess is that 15% layoffs are on hold, for now, but seems like we have a solid number in mind now.

If accurate there is a Big Payday headed for Bill and crew. It has just been leaked that Citi corp is considering buying Truist or PNC. My money is on Truist at a discount. Of course, executive leadership will be well compensated. That is not likely the case for the remainder of Bill’s “teammates.”

I’ve heard from my VP who knows the identity of one of the informants that they’re watching them and waiting for them to slip up again. I'm told their IP address, document download timings, and personal email logins have all been tracked. They’re waiting to take action and may fire them for gross misconduct.

I swear, if even one of them — ideally some crypto-rich ba----d who’s already set for life — just quietly refuses the package, keeps vesting, and then unleashes he-l…Organizes the PSRs, starts a union drive, dumps every single Slack thread, every off-record call, every “alignment” deck, every real comp band doc, every actual burn numbers, every lie they told the board, every threat they made behind closed doors…Then spends the next three months or 3 years doing every single podcast that’ll have them — Bartlett, 20VC, Dwarkesh, Cerebral Valley, Piratul, the works — no fear, no filter, just pure napalm truth. Stock’s down $25+ before the first episode even drops. VCs panic-selling. Recruiting becomes radioactive. Customers start calling asking wtf is going on. All because one person decided the truth was worth more than another few million. I’m begging the universe: let there be one. Just one who doesn’t cash out and shut up. Please. Someone be that guy.

Again and again, layoffs.com predicts exec moves. Someone is leaking stuff here. So much for 'rumors' and 'fear mongering'. Again, we had info shared here before anyone knew anything. And all lies the mgmt was telling us to stop with 'rumors'...

Has anyone noticed that since MM/V2-momma left the credible LR leaks has gone way down?

Someone had leaked this year ahead of the Sept 30 transformation announcements.

BI - Business Insider has an entire story about this NDA thing and much of it is accurate however, I can't help but wonder if it was EMPLOYEES who leaked all this or if Dell did it to try and gain interest or something...

Kind of how Apple leaks product info/details about new products.

Dell isn't "selling" a new product here but what they are doing is moving towards a new platform and it's possible by Dell leaking this, it'd make customers/future customers think "hey, I like what they are doing! Let's think about Dell instead of HP!"

CEP internal emails keep getting picked up by Reuters as their exclusive story. Latest was Canada. Surprised US hasn’t hit the news yet and just waiting for the Reuters Exclusive on that one…

Obviously if you got this "error" email, you are on the layoff list.
If you got the email before 8am CST then get your resume polished. If you got it after, then you are probably ok. They sent some extra ones out to throw us off the scent. HR is putting all their braincells together to cover this up.

For those interested, I found the user group in Active Directory that IT uses to facilitate the walkout process and prevent system access by terminated employees. That user group had 793 accounts added to it today. A handful of those were duplicates (folks to had elevated access privileges via ADM accounts. So I'd estimate some 750-775 got walked out today.

Lenox and Northpoint massive layoffs and transition to Dallas and India contractors. Stankey should be more furious over data leaks of consumer information. Georgia migration set to be complete by Q2 2028 with more aggressive timetable in the works. We all knew this was coming so not sure why Stankey thinks he is in the sly. I mean he did aid TMobile to a massive stock price and give away shareholder wealth of $100B along with Direct TV and Time Warner Synergies. Stankey is synergystic at vaporizing shareholder money.

Real news on RIFs
This site used to have good information related to coming layoffs. Now all it seems to have is people complaining about upper management and/RTO. Sadly, the site is becoming more irrelevant as time passes.
So I will try one more time. Does anyone have any REAL intell on coming layoffs?
