Cisco is not a good company
not sure why Maria has to take the blame all by herself. the imbeciles who were in the ELT were equally stupid and played along with all her decisions.
Speaking of bad leadership I have never seen anything as fake and stupid as Fran.
I will never forget how she was smiling when she was communicating to the entire company that people were let go.
How the f.... was she allowed to continue to hold that position after that fiasco was beyond my understanding but gave me a clear picture of what the company was.

She was Cisco's DEI hire at the ELT level, struggled in the role, drove DEI policies across the company, mismanaged during COVID, created 'ONEx' which was a disaster, LR'd tons of ppl. It was a very long 5 years.
