Someone just posted all the screenshots on the Cerner reddit channel

@bh WARN amount and (plus) severance are factored into the TOTAL severance amount the manager can see on the RIF portal.
@bg Is vague. Says WARN pay is already factored into total severance.
@b5 WARN impacted are on payroll for 60 days with immediate loss of access, plus severance.
@bb Severance = 4 weeks 1st year, 1 week after with 60 days notice for WARN impacted and loss of access immediately.
The faq posted was not the final version, but it did highlight the WARN information, and severance would be after that.
@OP Did anyone else see the FAQs regarding severance has been factored into the WARN 60 day amount? Does that mean the 60 days WARN is subtracted from severance?
I saw it, but did not take screenshots. It looked to be all HR people in the channel. There were no specifics, like numbers or groups impacted, besides questions about a person on a cerner sabbatical leave and other leaves. There was an FAQ posted and updates about training managers. The vibe I got from it is that this will be big.
