The closure list is deleted as often as it is posted. please copy it and keep it rolling. Let your co-workers know what is happening at their locations.

Not being stupid. The list was exposed earlier in the week. Folks keep popping it up. Once someone from EDMC posted the list that we do or do not know is or is not confidential, well there went the confidentiality if in fact it was a confidential list. Can't put the genie back in the bottle.

Don't be stupid, you cannot post confidential info anywhere. That's not covered by free speech. What you are allowed to do is telling people what you heard. So posting a confidential and proprietary list is stupid. However, posting what you heard is just fine, so if I was to tell you that I heard that Dulles will be closing, as well as Kansas City as well as New York, I am OK, why would that anyone delete, I am just telling you what I heard or read somewhere. Look what happened to Sonwden, he released the documents and half of the government went after him, but all folks who summarized what Snowden disclosed are just tine. So do not be stupid and stop posting the list, just summarize what you heard and make it sound like that: this is what I heard, nobody can go after you if you do that.
