Obviously if you got this "error" email, you are on the layoff list.
If you got the email before 8am CST then get your resume polished. If you got it after, then you are probably ok. They sent some extra ones out to throw us off the scent. HR is putting all their braincells together to cover this up.

Hi I start pancake sales busines soon I think if many exit from clean car and sale job weather they like or not dos any people like to spend money on pancakes it is just a idea I have are pancakes good to eat like with fruits or chips in them?
I work in HR. The only mistake about that email was that it was sent too soon.

My gut feeling layoffs are going to happen after the Earnings Call on Nov 4th. The exit survey is something they send after your layoff. I was laid off Oct 2020 and I got the survey a couple days after my last day. I was reinstated Feb 2021. They are probably preparing for a mass sending of the surveys for everyone who is in the plan of getting laid off and made a
mistake and sent prematurely.
I know for a fact Q3 is going to be horrific on earnings. The company is horribly ran, they make decisions that bleed customers and revenue and investors aren't happy.
Bullsh-t we got it globally and in Europe where you cannot layoff with an email. Can you make peace with the fact that was a mistake?

My HR back channel is crying. Lay offs will be much higher than anticipated. Q3 numbers must be horrible.

If some person exit it maybe cos they not make car clean after maybe sell cars for more money for company why not more upsales like on a rental into maybe bigger and more cleanest cars to fix it before exits.
Why would it happen? I received one before 12 am tonight, what does it mean,why would I receive it is there any specific reason for the layoff?
