This board predicted pretty much everything...

Again and again, layoffs.com predicts exec moves. Someone is leaking stuff here. So much for 'rumors' and 'fear mongering'. Again, we had info shared here before anyone knew anything. And all lies the mgmt was telling us to stop with 'rumors'...

I leaked here too, I knew about 5 days before others, not because I am high up, only because of my role. Many trashed my post, one went negative 5 with over 20 votes. But yet, some appreciated it and now you know it was true. I'll leak again when the time come (and if they do not axe me before that).

I posted the entire outline in a post “All questions (except healthcare) answered.”

And was told I was fear mongering and harming employees.

I won’t post my knowledge again here bc all the new employees are living in a fantasy land where their new shiny company actually gives a cr-p about them.

We are just a line on a spreadsheet that equals money. No one cares about your new kid, new car, kids college, new house. DEF not any C-suite members… how do you think they got there?! They sold their souls LONG ago.

well the numbers are 15k to 20k and nobody knows whos on the chopping block not even your director knows,he or she maybe on the chopping block also,USE all your personnel time cause you will no get paid for personnel time only your vacation time.The higher ups do not want anyone to know whats going on .next week ill be using all my personnel time..if i get the axe so be it

As the old adage goes where there’s smoke there’s fire..

Have played this song and dance since 2014 and things haven’t changed regardless the ring leader of the circus and so the ones before that will continue to say…

This forum has always empowered the colleagues to knowledge, some real, some fake.. all encompassing had been more transparent than the ones at the reins.

No fault of theirs, they cant allow morale to tank, work to slow, function to falter…

As a former management employee that followed the Union and mgmt forums, the HQ rumors generally gave preparatory notice to the ones down stream.

From entry level to as high as the brownest nose at this place, thank you for being a water cooler for the people.

Best of luck everyone, hoping for the fairest consideration all around and any impacts thoughtfully processed.

My director specifically asked us not to come and read this site as it was "full of unfounded rumors". This happened after a guy who is about to retire asked him if the company was planning to lay off 20,000 people. "Where did you get that insane number" was the director's respnse, and he went on to say that it's all rumors, it'll not happen, all will be fine, we'll do some adjustments, etc.

So, about 2 weeks later, here we are. The number is 20,000 and pretty much everything else that was discussed on this 'unfounded rumors' web site turned out to be true.
