Is anyone who received notice in October having any success getting redeployment interviews? I'm not sure if I want to stay or not, but after almost 20 years with the organization, I’d rather stay than start over somewhere else. Honestly, I’m just physically and emotionally exhausted right now.

Internal move
Should you tell your manager that you have incoming interview with other team?
Finally landed an interview
Took “only” eight months. I really hope it goes well; I don’t want to go through the wringer in December. The company I’m talking to seems better in every possible way. There are still some jobs out there, but it’s tough. Don’t wait for these a--holes here to cut you without at least a few real options lined up. Keep looking and stay persistent.
Anyone else feel paid to interview externally?
- Badge in
- Walk around the building for an hour or two, talk to other disgruntled employees
- Attend teams meetings, “nothing from my end”.
- Apply for jobs, take interviews, practice for interviews. (Excited for opportunity to interview with TMUS)

- 8 hours , leave.
Applied to a Marketing job
Hi, When I was searching for Edward Jones review somehow this thread showed up in Google. I had applied for a job and had my interview with the hiring manager. She mentioned something about leadership assessment. Can someone tell me what this is? I have applied for a marketing role not for FA role. I am so confused on why marketing would need leadership assessment role. Also, the number of rounds of interview are ridiculous I have to meet total of 10 people if I pass the leadership assessment for a junior product role. Can someone shed light on the leadership assessment and final rounds of meeting with 3 people per round?
Gainwell WFM
Hiiii everyone! I am seeing a lot of negative comments about their managers and their customer service and such, I wonder if anyone has ever worked on the corp side? Like the workforce management/Data Analyst side? I am not see any complaints about those roles and I am looking to set up an interview in the next few days, so I want to be prepared.
Q
Did B&B implement layoffs in Q2? If yes how many roles were affected... Which groups had reductions? Also, what's the prognosis for 2026 - I am interviewing and I heard some rumors
Interviewing at Humana
I’m in the process of interviewing at Humana with a panel scheduled soon, in the Quality space. What is the culture and vibe like? Humana used to be the market leader in Medicare, the envy of all payers and after looking at this job board, stock prices and Stars ratings I’m surprised to see that things have not been as stellar? Any insights would be appreciated.
Anyone had to go through a situation where you re-interview for your job?
How does the process work?
when can people affected go interview and accept job offers?
to those LRed (positions eliminated), if they go to interview and accept job offer before Oct 13. will they lose the package?
Interviewing at Quest, worth it?
Or should I not?
How many of you are actively interviewing?
Everybody I know is. I wonder if it's just my team or a larger thing.
How long after a round of interviews before you hear back?
Pass the screen, go for the round of interviews, how long before you hear something? Same Day? Couple days? Week? Do rejections come immediately while silence means a possible offer? Or is it the opposite, if they are interested you get an offer right away, and silence just means they aren't interested? What's the norm these days on the interview circuit?
Useless selection reps
Is anyone else experiencing selection reps who yap on and on about their careers but don’t let you get a word in to learn about you so they can adequately represent you? I fear I’m really sc--wed, as mine just talked about himself for a solid 20 min of our 30 appt and provided very confusing feedback
Job cut

Client service advisor interview
I am interviewing for the above job. The salary range recruiter gave me was $48,000 - $70,000
anyone have insight on this job?
I can’t find any data online about the job. And the pay seems low. Almost like they rebranded a job title and slapped a low comp band to see who will bite.

Will Elevance ever go above the given salary range in a pre screen interview call?
