Is it that no Americans want to contract with Fidelity? Or Fidelity Talent Source (FTS) can't develop a diversified pipeline?

How does one apply for a job through FTS? I am interested. Am American.
wow ethnic bias at fidelity? that's insane, I always thought my team was 85% indian by pure statistical chance!
Or that our rates are low and the promise of potential conversion to full time with sponsorship is too great
Or FTS takes kickback from ICCs?
