Every department is different and obviously some are better than others. I haven't experienced almost any of the negative things mentioned here.

I came to Wells from BOA. It wasn't a great move, but at BOA the management team is worthless. Especially middle management.

I left BofA for Wells for the money. It’s a decision I came to regret

I am former BofA, left in 2022 and just left Wells in February. It served its purpose for me (money) but omg was he-l at times. I’m so glad to be gone…was shocked to see how badly employees are treated. Maybe WF was good at one point but I never saw it.

I would have at one point said welcome aboard, but after 20 years and let go with false rating and how they are treating their loyal employees…. Don’t do it

Lots of people are joining Wells Fargo. Do it. It's the happening bank at the moment.

Former BofA employee…Wells pays better. Not even that close, at least for my role at Wells. For me it was purely money. Work at Huntington now. Pay pretty good but great place to work. Plugging my firm!

Before Shart, I would recommend this kind of move. Now it's impossible to do so. Maybe a credit union.
