Don't be against DE&I - Be against FAKE DE&I

I've seen so many posts on here that seem to rally against the DE&I efforts at the firm. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion should be a good thing! The issue which I think is often misconstrued on here (and yes there are quite a few bigots on this platform as well) is that there are so many people at the firm that appear to be FAKE when it comes to DE&I.

People outside of tech just do not get it.

It's a tsunami of Indian workers now, more then 50% of the Americans are gone.

Since H-1B is 34 years old, many who got here that way are now doing the hiring in these companies and hire Indians.

What's saddest to me is you lunatics out there who think merely mentioning the world 'Indian' makes this racist. Uh, no.

They massively abuse the system and are way overrepresented in visas - when we supposedly have country limits. They have violated the intent of our immigration system so thoroughly.

Even if we don't cut the numbers, we have to send 75% of the Indians in tech home. Even the green card holders.

Otherwise you will have an Indian run and staffed IT sector. If you are okay with that, you're insane.


All men are created equal… but not sure it feels that way here.

Patterns look strange. It almost feels like the “biggest risks” for employees are:
• Being a woman
• Turning 40+
• Taking maternity leave
• Dealing with serious illness

If that’s what our “business-driven decisions” end up looking like…

is this really a board-approved standard, or just how it played out this time?

Identify if the employees let go from Alpharetta and Dallas (Major hubs), were the same 50+ Caucasians that were told to move to those locations or lose their job. Also note if there were DEI hires at those locations when the same employee demographic chose not to move to those locations. The correlation to identify is: dont move and get let go, move and get let go, and hire DEI at those locations but do not let go.

March 14th layoffs may be highly prejudiced towards older caucasian's due to the last 24 months of aggressive focus on DEI hiring goals. This is the big layoff that needs to be reconciled with previous “Wave” layoff initiatives, including extensions.

Every day I walk into my new Lenox location I can barely contain the smile that is chiseled on my face from smiting that nothing loser Legg. He really thought his virtue signaling, progressive plan was a slam dunk to get rid of me and my kind. Wrong again pompous a-s! Best of all, gone is the dream of adding “DEI Warrior” as accomplishments now that Trump is in office. The shiny gold DEI star must now be removed with the attempt to scrub your RTO follies from the internet to hide the dirty agenda. Not on our watch monkey.
