Agreed job loss is traumatic for all not ready to retire especially single income people. The issue with DEI is that it’s a discriminatory policy and has disproportionately affected one or two races and gender in both hiring, promoting and layoffs. Most just want a level playing field based on merit.
Enough with the DEI. We just had to let go of 8 people who are all African American and almost exclusively women. I feel for anyone that loses the means to earn an income to take care of themselves and their families. But please stop acting like White men are the only victims here. All it does is divide us, as employees.

Identify if the employees let go from Alpharetta and Dallas (Major hubs), were the same 50+ Caucasians that were told to move to those locations or lose their job.
Yeah, once again, nobody who has said they got SNL has said if they had been reassigned to that hub within "x" months. I wish someone would. Until then, it's all anecdotal that people who relocated are being laid off within 6, 12, 18 months.

Identify if the employees let go from Alpharetta and Dallas (Major hubs), were the same 50+ Caucasians that were told to move to those locations or lose their job. Also note if there were DEI hires at those locations when the same employee demographic chose not to move to those locations. The correlation to identify is: dont move and get let go, move and get let go, and hire DEI at those locations but do not let go.

Let’s be fair. There are some good technical people but ATS has been gutted and replaced by so called Indian Employees, TechM and IBM. That’s a recipe for a never ending circlej--kand the proof is in the pudding. Then you have almost no technical managers. L3, L4 and L5 are basket weavers. They read the same executive briefs on tech and each regurgitate to themselves like a mommy robin spitting a worm in baby’s mouth. Embarrassing really.
There is greener grass for those that are impacted! Take that severance and find something new. You got this.
