Speaking of heads, I’d like to pi$$ on the ones that are discriminating by age and race and forcing 5 day RTO for the targeted demographic. When rules are applied disproportionately to different demographics, the #fcc and #doj should get involved and interview the clowns while letting #doge handle data forensics.

This is probably another grift project, with the money being carried out the back door and into the hands of our leaders, who are double dipping. There’s probably an llc or two involved in the transactions that receive payments, and then disperses funds to their personal llc’s. Identify if the employees let go from Alpharetta and Dallas (Major hubs), were the same 50+ Caucasians that were told to move to those locations or lose their job. Also note if there were DEI hires at those locations when the same employee demographic chose not to move to those locations. The correlation to identify is: dont move and get let go, move and get let go, and hire DEI at those locations but do not let go.

You are lucky OP. I drove home and will have to drive all the way back. I took Monday off to allow time necessary for this visit with my family. I won’t be bringing my A game when I return to work. I don’t have an A game any longer when I am sad and unhappy living away from my family. The policies and selective targeting here are directly responsible for the loss of love and extreme heartache of hundreds of families. They have inflicted emotional pain on the employees, their wives and children with these unnecessary separations. What goes around comes around. One day someone will separate them from their families when the #fcc #doj puts them in jail for what #att has done.

Maybe we’ll have an announcement from the #FCC that they are investigating #ATT.

This is a cover up for what is still happening at T. They are still targeting older employees based on age and race and having them relocate to another hub location out of state when the older white employee currently works 30 minutes from their current hub location. The lies are compounded with more lies but the circular logic is obvious. Haul their a-s in front of congress and serve justice to the American people.

If you do not plan on moving, do not respond. A non-response will be taken as a refusal to relocate which you don’t plan to do anyway. By not responding you are effectively denying them of evidentiary evidence of self termination. They know this. Without a positive response indicating relocation or self-termination, they will send a follow up email notifying you that your role is no longer needed. Keep this email. This is your settlement email for wrongful termination, especially if you are a protected class.

March 14th layoffs may be highly prejudiced towards older caucasian's due to the last 24 months of aggressive focus on DEI hiring goals. This is the big layoff that needs to be reconciled with previous “Wave” layoff initiatives, including extensions.

"I am writing to inform you that I have asked the FCC's Enforcement Bureau to open an investigation into Comcast and NBCUniversal," Carr's letter read, as reviewed by Newsmax. "In particular, I want to ensure that your companies are not promoting invidious forms of discrimination in violation of FCC regulations and civil rights laws."

Following an executive order from President Donald Trump, Carr will be launching a broader effort to ensure that every company the FCC regulates complies with civil rights protections by ending any invidious form of DEI discrimination.

"I am starting this broader effort with Comcast and NBCUniversal for two reasons," Carr wrote. "First, as noted above, there is substantial evidence that your companies are still engaging in the promotion of DEI."

"Second, your companies cover a range of sectors regulated by the FCC — from cable to high-speed internet and from broadcast TV stations to MVNO [mobile virtual network operator] wireless offerings."

"Therefore, I expect that this investigation into Comcast and its NBCUniversal operations will aid the commission's broader efforts to root out invidious forms of DEI discrimination across all of the sectors the FCC regulates."

Comcast's written DEI initiative is "invidious" and "cannot be squared with any reasonable interpretation of federal law," according to Carr.
