I hope not many of you see this post because you’re spending time with family and enjoying a relaxing few days. This past year has been tough, and I’m keeping those who lost their jobs in my thoughts. For the rest of us, I hope the coming year is better, or at least calmer, and that things improve for all of us at work.

Wishing everyone the best for 2026 that were or will be affected in the future with layoffs.

Just out curiosity how many locations where treated to a holiday party?? As mine didn’t have one yet? Savings or just more deterrents to not stick around!!??

80% is Indian. Where is the diversity?

So no Christmas tree, no Menorah, no Kwanzaa decorations. Just a random reindeer and sticks with lights and poinsettias.
I guess we don’t want to offend anyone.

As an homage to all FiServants who are sl@ving away this holiday season I wrote y'all a poem:

A FiServant drags through the halls where joy becomes “out of scope,”
Holiday cheer gets audited, repackaged, and shipped out with no hope.
The tree looks like it’s begging for someone to pull the plug, too,
Even the ornaments whisper, “You deserve someplace new.”

Corporate office here. Our team cancelled our Holiday Party due to budgetary concerns after our recent acquisitions. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Time for hundreds to go sit in a war room and pretend like it’s the 80’s and we don’t have laptops to support from home. Put on a smile, wear holiday sweatshirts and pretend to be honored when leaders show up or in the case of MD send a video of thanks from Seattle.
Everyone gather for a photo to be shared in the all hands and come to work sick next week from the shared germs. Happy Holidays
