The trend has been that the actual term date is the last day of the month following notification date. Are they paying you through February, or was 1/29 the notification AND termination date?

Does anyone know if for those of us that were impacted yesterday if we can still receive a performance bonus for 2025?

Why did all FTE not get yesterday’s email? Multiple on my team had no idea what the lot of us were talking about. Not that it wasn’t just a pathetic excuse for “transparency”.

I was completely blindsided. There was never any indication I'd be considered for layoffs. High performer, never had an issue. Over eight years of a great record. For future reference - nobody, and I mean nobody, is ever safe.

All of them were great, very knowledgeable and competent. They kept the notorious slackers (for now, at least). If this is the trend, there will barely be a functioning team left when this is over.

It was said that all employees received it but I am a contractor and haven’t received anything. It’s probably safe to assume we’re first on the chopping block when it comes to JE but it’s not like we’d be notified of it.

2,000 (3%) RIF by end of February. Driven by AI and automation (no mention of HIH which is laughable). Notifications will go out for the next couple of weeks. It’s safe to say the cuts won’t end there.
